MuggleNet to attend Aeternitas 2011

A magical weekend will be taking place in beautiful Laconia, New Hampshire from April 28 to May 1, 2011.

The Harry Potter convention Aeternitas 2011 is being hosted by the Harry Potter group HP-MA and TGTSNBN (The Group That Shall Not Be Named) as wizards and witches from all over will take over the Margate Resort right on the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.

MuggleNet’s own Keith Hawk will be attending the convention and will be hosting a few of the events including a Harry Potter Family Feud game show event for attendees along with panel discussions including a lively discussion on the upcoming finale Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.

The event will host a Harry Potter Fashion Show, Hogwarts-themed classes, a Wizard Wrock Ball with groups like The Remus Lupins, Lauren Fairweather, The Ministry of Magic, Swish and Flick, and many more. Keynote speakers include authors Leanne Renee Hieber and Violet Haberdasher.

There will also be a special excursion entitled “Castle in the Clouds” where attendees will get to spend a day visiting the luxurious grounds of the Luckow Estate for breathtaking view and cosplay photo opportunities with fellow guests.
