“Potter” stars to greet fans at Harrods for UK “Deathly Hallows – Part 2” DVD/Blu-ray release

To celebrate the release of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 Blu-ray and DVD in the UK on December 2, Warner Home Video, hmv and The Harry Potter Shop at Harrods are delivering a pre-Christmas treat for UK Harry Potter fans.

On December 1 from 5:30 p.m., fans will get the chance to meet some of the stars of the Harry Potter film series as they make a special appearance at The Harry Potter Shop at Harrods (adjacent to the nearby hmv concession).

The actors including Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick and Griphook), James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley) and Jessie Cave (Lavender Brown) will all be on hand to meet and greet fans.

The Complete Eight-Film Collection will also be released on Blu-ray and DVD and is also available exclusively to The Harry Potter Shop at Harrods as a Limited Edition Elder Wand Chest.

The queue will be limited to 300 people and wristbands will be issued from 10 a.m. on the day of the event at The Harry Potter Shop at Harrods.

Additionally, hmv will be opening up to 150 of its stores around the country especially early at 7:00 a.m. on day of release, December 2.
