Rupert Grint’s “Super Clyde” to air on CBS.com October 9

We posted last spring about CBS’s failure to pick up the Super Clyde pilot, which starred Rupert Grint. Although this was a great disappointment to fans, it has recently been announced by creator Greg Garcia that CBS will be hosting the pilot online starting October 9. Garcia made his announcement via a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything). His full statement is as follows:

I shot a single camera pilot recently called Super Clyde, starring Rupert Grint, that didn’t get picked up, but I’m very happy to say that CBS is going to put it on the Internet on October 9 — on CBS.com and a bunch of other places. I was really happy with the way it turned out, so I’m excited people are going to see it.

This is great news for all of us fans who were hoping to get the chance to see Rupert on the small screen. Will you be tuning in?

I've been making magic at MuggleNet since 2012, when I first joined the staff as a News intern. I've never wavered from the declaration in my childhood journal, circa October 2000: "I LOVE Harry Potter! If I clean my room, my mom says she'll make me a dinner a wizard would love!" Proud Gryffindor; don't hate.
