Sick children spend the day visiting Hogwarts

The When You Wish Upon a Star children’s charity out of the UK granted the wish of a group of sick children to visit Hogwarts by taking them out for a day to one of the most iconic Harry Potter filming locations.

Members of the charity, along with several British celebrities, such as Gaynor Faye, Sue Cleaver, and Wendi Peters, rented the Orient Express train to take the children on a tour of Alnwick Castle.  As many of you know, Alnwick Castle was used in the Harry Potter films in scenes such as the flying lessons class in Harry’s first year.  You can check out some photos from the event below:

We love hearing about charities that involve the Harry Potter series and seeing the excitement that it brings around the world.  We hope these children had a fantastic day at Alnwick Castle!
