“Postman Pat” to be released June 27 in NYC and LA

We’ve been hearing a lot lately about Rupert Grint’s new animated film Postman Pat since its release in the UK, and now viewers in the US are going to get a chance to see the classic British character on the big screen as well!

Shout! Factory has acquired the rights to US distribution, and it is planning to put the film in limited release in New York City and Los Angeles, with the film potentially opening in other cities later on.

As you know, Rupert is set to sing on the film’s soundtrack, so fans should be sure not to miss it!

Have any of you seen the film already? What do you think? If you live in the US, will you be making a trip to the theater to watch it? Let us know in the comments!

I've never wavered from the declaration in my childhood journal, circa October 2000: "I LOVE Harry Potter! If I clean my room, my mom says she'll make me a dinner a wizard would love!" Proud Gryffindor; don't hate.
