Evanna Lynch’s “Dynamite: A 60’s Love Story” to Be Released This October

Evanna Lynch sure seems busy these days! In addition to My Name Is Emily, which will premiere at the Galway Film Fleadh in July, and Danny and the Human Zoo, a TV movie to air later this year, her drama Dynamite: A 60’s [sic] Love Story (previously titled Dynamite: A Cautionary Tale) has just been picked up for worldwide distribution by Breaking Glass Pictures. A theatrical release is planned for October 2015.

Based on a true story, the film stars Ian Harding (Pretty Little Liars) as Max Bornstein, a heroin addict working in the underground, illegal porn industry in 1968 New York City. Evanna plays his wife, Theresa.

Max Bornstein himself co-wrote the script, based on his experiences with addiction and redemption.

Dynamite also stars Carol Kane (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Annie Hall), Brendan Sexton III (Boys Don’t Cry), and Chaske Spencer (Twilight).
