Fantastic Beasts Casting News: Queenie Has Been Found!

Hot off the tail of Porpentina’s casting announcement, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them has found her younger sister, Queenie, in actress Alison Sudol.

The Dig actress, according to Variety, was part of a group of actresses who tested for the role, which was recently rumored to include Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones, The Grand Budapest Hotel), Dakota Fanning (I Am Sam, War of the Worlds), and Lili Simmons (Geek Charming).

The article goes on to mention that Warner Bros. has also met with Josh Gad (live-action Beauty and the Beast‘s Le Fou) and John Krasinski (The Office) for the part of Jacob, the villain of the trilogy. The decision on that character is said to be expected in the coming days.

Last month, Ezra Miller was rumored to be in early negotiations for the role of Kredan.
