The Case Has Been Opened: MuggleNet’s New “Fantastic Beasts” Podcast

Since MuggleNet launched their very first podcast back in 2005, the wizarding world as we know it has grown exponentially. At the time, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince had only just hit shelves, and the Goblet of Fire film adaptation had yet to be released. In that transformative ten years, not only did we see the conclusion of the beloved books and films, but we’ve also learned that exciting new stories are still waiting for us within the wizarding world, the largest of which, it seems, is the forthcoming Fantastic Beasts film trilogy.

That being said, it is with great joy that we announce that Newt is not the only one with an exciting adventure ahead, for today MuggleNet proudly launches SpeakBeasty, our newest podcast, which seeks to usher in what is sure to be a thrilling new era for both us and the fandom.

SpeakBeasty – MuggleNet’s new bi-weekly podcast – is focused solely on the Fantastic Beasts trilogy, companion school book, and Mr. Newt Scamander. Hosted by staff members Shannen Michaelsen, Ariel Taranski, and Aaron Schwartz, segments will include the latest and greatest FaBe (as we say here at MuggleNet) news, as well as Time-Turner and Newt Case exposés, which delve into historical events of 1926 and fantastic creatures outside the realm of the Rowling’s world – plus many, many more to come!
