“Harry Potter: Wizards Unite” Trace Trailer Drops

Everyone’s been anxiously awaiting the release of Niantic’s new augmented reality game: Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The game’s Facebook page rarely gets an update, but this week, a new trailer was released introducing one of the central concepts of the game.

This short clip shows two broomsticks whizzing by a decidedly Muggle-occupied area. This incident has been tagged as “Trace No. 74,” which we can assume refers to the traces of rogue magic that the game has been teasing.

No word yet on a release date for the game, but you can keep updated on the official Twitter and Facebook or sign up for email updates and beta testing on their website.

These days, she’s still talking about the Weasley brothers, but it’s mostly about how overlooked Charlie is.
