First thing I thought was that it didn't read like JK's style at all. Not sure it's the real deal. We'll find out soooooooooooooon though. I'm so jittery, can't concentrate. I want this book so much and yet I don't want it to end. Anyone else all restless and can't get on with anything?

GUYS! I was just looking for that original ITV trailer when i came across a new page scan of the epilogue- and it is the first thing ive seen that loopks DANG real. DO NOT KEEP READING if you want to be SPOILED. It is an American version with Grandpre's artwork. It shows some characters in it that we thought were dead, so PLEASE DO NOT READ if you do not want to know. The chaper is "epilogue" and the title is "19 Years Later"

I think it's obvious that it's fake i mean, come on i could be wrong, but i don't think so! and thesupposed book scans are FAKE! only 4 people including JK Rowling herself know what happens in the book and security is tight anyway Snape is gorgeous:)

This is nothing. It is not even spoilerish. If you want to be spoiled keep looking around the internet. People have posted the whole epilogue + all the chapter titles and pictures from the start of chapters 7 and 23. I couldn't resist but read it all. ARGH I am soooooo weak. It all sounds really good though.

i think its fake too. i mean i dont know. it just doesnt sound like thats the way JK would write but hey, you never know. it took me awhile to decide if i really wanted to highlight it but there was no spoilers, no nothing so its completly fine to read! :] i really cannot wait for the book. and its even luckier for me because its my birthday!!!!!

The Guardian is a very well respected and high brow newspaper: one of the most respected in the UK. In fact to the more liberal, from a political standpoint, it is thee foremost newspaper. The chances of this, being fake, are frankly non – existent. It is simply not something, that this particular newspaper would do this. I won’t be reading any spoilers, but I read this and I think it is a very good way to begin the book.

TEASER:: the last sentence is "All was well," and the sentence before that contains the word "scar." Im not saying that sentence here because it spoils one thing in it.

Okay, this basically just made me want the book like 4654654654 times more, let me tell you. I cannot wait to read the book! I don't think I'll be able to put it down, no matter how tired I get. (ie: a day of Church Day camp with preschoolers first then going home then going to the midnight release.) Its crazy.

I just read it, and it doesn't sound like JK's writing at all. I don't believe that its the first part of the book. First off, how would they even be able to get the first paragraph of the first chapter of the last book? I'd take this with a grain of salt.

most likely fake. we all know JKR introduces characters by their full names in each new book, so she would have said "Severus Snape" and not just "Snape". It also doesn't look like her writing style.

Guys, don't post spoilers here. You know it's not right, since someone could accidentally read them and ruin the book for someone else. I don't care if it's only just chapter titles and whatnot--it will still ruin some of the magic of the book. If someone really wants to know, do something through email. I don't want any of the book ruined for me, and I'm sure many others feel the same way.

I think most people's spoilers are probably fakes anyway. I doubt the companies will have let THIS much info get out from the book.

The chapter titles and pictures featured on http://simmysim.livejourn al.com/471641.html seem legit, and the epilouge that someone found pictures of and put in the comments section there seems real, but the chapter descriptions seem off and the first paragraph are iffy. Oh well, innocent until proven guilty, or in this case, legit until proven otherwise. (SPOILER WARNING=) Even the kids names, Albus Severus, James, Lily, Rose, Hugo, and Teddy, seem real (/SPOILER WARNING). I wouldn't doubt that McGonagall gets killed in battle before the schoolyear and Snape takes over. A WORD TO ALL: Whether or not it is real, I implore you to be careful with how you really would criticize this excerpt instead of just saying 'Not her style' which sounds more like a way to assure yourself. Remember that this excerpt was seen in the Documentary. While it might have changed from the version we see this Saturday, it was still written by Jo. I don't think you should criticize without at least seeing a passage. Honestly... if you don't want to be spoilt, stay away.

Characters are NEVER *introduced* in non-dialogue by their last names. it's always their full name.

it would be kind of sa-weet if this was real... but i doubt it. JK is the only person..(besides publishers and such) that know how the story begins and ends...but the book starting with snape would be interesting! can't wait to get it at midnight!!!!
