When I heard that an actual copy of the book may have been leaked online, I couldn't resist the temptation. I scoured the 'net till I found what I believe is a genuine copy and read it from cover to cover and enjoyed every minute of it (except for the few pages that were too blurry to make much out of). DON'T WORRY, MY LIPS ARE SEALED. I don't necessarily agree that "true fans" will want to wait till it's officially out. But true fans will NOT spoil it for people who don't want to be spoiled. I will still be at Borders on Friday night, as excited as anyone else to purchase a hard copy of the book at midnight. And I will relish reading it for the second time — this time without having to strain my eyes for hours in front of the monitor. And who knows? There's always the off chance (though I doubt it) that the copy I read was actually an extraordinary work of fan fiction, typeset and illustrated and printed and then photographed to look like the real thing. Then I'll have double the pleasure come Friday night.

Oh yeah like i would hide my copy until Saturday if I got it early...NOT!!! Come on, that case will be thrown out of court so fast it's not even funny. They should sue Levin for wasting the courts time. I read some of the so called spoilers online and I was not dissapointed nor upset. I love things like that gets me MORE excited for the book then i was before. Like they said on the news: All the secrecy is what makes the book sell." There is a ring of truth to it...but I think it's just that Harry Potter takes you away from the problems and worries of life for a few hours time. Some people really don't like spoilers not me I am more excited for the book then before...but i will say alot of the sites with these "spoilers" are saying certian people die and then they were in the last chapter so we'll see. One site that had the last chapter "so called" scan had the last page numbered 759 so i knew that was wrong, but I'm hoping it was not because it was a good ending, they took the site down a few hours ago but these were pages from the books the art work was Mary's so i don't know but we will see.

Why are you people hitting ther links and going to them and then moaning and crying about what you read PLEASE... Also this link www.zendurl.com/hallows is a fake. They said a certian person died and then they scaned the "so called last chapter" and said that this person they said died didn't die. They have since removed that scaned chapter. Also the last page was 759,that was not real so how they are doing this I have no idea. If I got the book early i would read it. Would I tell anyone? No let them find out themslves...but if you click a link you get what you asked for so stop whining and moaning about it. Also know a little about the law (MY BF is a lawyer) there is no WAY this caase will hold up in court it's as good as dead.

Hey all -- no spoilers here, but as someone who was hoping the "leaked" version was a fake, I'd say there's a pretty good chance it's real having read a good deal of it. I'll say this, by all means wait until the official release, I thought the "leak" -- real or not -- had an excellent ending and most Potter fans will be very happy if it turns out to be the real one. If it's not real, then I look forward to getting my copy on Friday.
