umm... changing the character for the films to make him "act" gay (whatever that means) would not be good for the character of Dumbledore, for the spirit of the novels, or for the gay community. That is one thing I hope does NOT happen. Of course, if they wanted to make the dynamics between Dumbledore and Grindlewald more obvious in the movies, I would not argue with that (though it would be unnecessary, the books say all that needs to be said). However, that has nothing to do with how the character is played. Why are people so insistant that gay people act differently? Please... no stereotypes in the films.

On the matter of Michael Gambon's portrayal of Dumbledore - as a Gay guy myself, NO NO NOOOOOO to turning him camp or Gay-ish in ANY way. Personally, I've never been a fan of Michael's performance. Richard Harris pulled Dumbledore off PERFECTLY. As for flashbacks of Dumbledore's past for Movie 7, I hope it's subtle.

Oh, I adore the Brits and their wacky t.v. shows. 8D If they get any better than Monty Python, (which, in my opinion, is the God of all Television.) then I'm taking the next flight there. And I really doubt WB will allow Movie Dumbledore to start acting camp, it'd scare off paying homophobes.
