Kreacher successful in White House run
Kreacher successful in White House run Further complicating an election that was filled with heavy racial and gender undertones, the House-Elf from the Harry Potter series made a lot of noise when he began to pursue and eventually win the Democratic Presidential nomination. The House-Elf defeated his opponent Alan Keyes in a landslide victory. Although he is not a natural born citizen of the United States and thus not technically eligible to run, Kreacher decided, after his display of heroism and show of solidarity to Harry Potter in the famous Battle of Hogwarts, that it was time to step out of the shadows and make a name for himself and ensure all House-Elves are represented in Congress.

When meeting Kreacher for the first time at his inauguration, President George Bush said, "You're free. And freedom is beautiful. We will prevail against the forces of tyranny and evil - against those who hate our freedom."

Kreacher, completely dumbfounded, responded by saying, “How dare he address Kreacher this way,” and proceeded to take out a saucepan and repeatedly hit the former president over the head. Bush’s doctors said shockingly, no damage was done.

Just so everybody knows, I voted for Obama, not Kreacher. The Harry/Hermione one was better, because I didn't really get this until I found it was an April Fool's Joke. Happy April Fool's Day every1

Ooh, another joke making fun of the President! You guys are so original it blows my mind...

Posted by PotterManic Apr 1st 2008

Just a suggestion: next year, try to make the jokes something that actually COULD happen. Still funny though.

Posted by Ithilwen Apr 1st 2008

YES!!!! Kreacher over any of the candidates, I don't really like any of them... In fact, I think I'll write him in. Though to those who mentioned it, I wouldn't hit Bush over the head with a pan, as I have some respect for him despite him not being conservative enough for me ;-) *waits for the lynch mob to form outside* Happy April Fool's Day everyone!

Posted by Jaimieanne Apr 1st 2008

Well done, Kreacher. Well done.

YES!!! BRILLIANT!!!! PURE BLOODY EFFING BRILLIANCE!!!

Posted by harp Apr 1st 2008

brilliant!

Posted by Alas_Earwax Apr 1st 2008

I think a "Kreacher for President" bumpersticker would be even better than "Republicans for Voldemort" lol

Posted by Dark_Phoenix Apr 1st 2008

I cannot believe people are actually saying, even complaining, that they were not fooled. Oh no, I bet they really thought they had us fooled, because it actually could happen... April Fool's is about jokes as well as pranks, let it go already! And it was a good joke. It made plenty of people laugh, including me. So what the Bush jokes have been done before? I still think it's funny. Kreacher for President!

Posted by levans Apr 1st 2008

ROFL. I LOL'D, AGAIN XD GO KREACHER.

Posted by Dref Apr 1st 2008

Sorry, I don't find cheap political spamola. It's good to see Mugglenet finally prove that they are a bunch of left-wing morons who have no interest in being fair and no compunction about mocking those with different non-liberal viewpoints than them. I suspected as much with all the anti-Semetic remarks thrown about lasy year. And than all the little Mugglenet monkies clap and cheer over it like the brainwashed fools they are. Sickining. Can't you people come up with something cleverer than tired "duh, Bush is dumb, ha, ha, we're funny" variations? Screw you all.

Posted by Dref Apr 1st 2008

Republicans for Voldemort? Um, no, Republicans believe in freedom. It's democrats with their fat-taxes, bans of smoking, telling people who than can hire, "we'll tax you if you don't go green" lazy idiots who would support Voldemort. Liberals are at heart control freak facists. That's why they support Castro and didn't want Saddam to be removed. So stick that in your pinko "we love commie dictators" pipe and smoke it, jerk-off. No room for political diversity on Mugglenet, it seems.

Posted by ginny101 Apr 1st 2008

OH man this is sooo funny. This whole thing! love April fools!!! I just came on and saw something about Aberforth being arrested and I was like, "oh no!" and then I was like, wait, hes not real. (!!!duh!!!) The thing about Bush, well, lets just say I laughed for like 3 minutes. The best joke ever was Memerson, though. That had me going for like two whole hours before I clued in.

Posted by jedi_anegram Apr 1st 2008

Yes! Kreacher in '08!!!!!!! His running mate can be Griphook!

Posted by mndhp Apr 1st 2008

This is the funniest post today, well next to Emerson's, and I firmly stand by Kreacher! VOTE KREACHER '08!!!!

Posted by Dragon_queen4ever Apr 1st 2008

only on mugglenet do we argue about politics over a freaking APRIL FOOLS JOKE

Posted by halfbloodprincess96 Apr 1st 2008

OMG. i can totally see kreacher and president busch in the kitchen of grimmauld place and kreacher smacking him over the head with the saucepan.. SO FUNNY. i love this one. ------samantha

Posted by heronxobsessed74 Apr 1st 2008

Posted by hpfan251 Apr 1st 2008

Maybe now Hermione will give S.P.E.W a rest.

Posted by GrownUpChick Apr 1st 2008

Ha Ha! Loved this one! Kreacher may not be better-looking than Bush, but he's definitely smarter! Hey, Dref! Why don't you go listen to Rush Limbaugh and leave us alone, okay? Oh, and learn how to spell! It's "anti-Semitic" and I don't know what you're talking about. Which employee of this website has made such remarks? When?

Posted by 62442MAGIC Apr 1st 2008

"Against those who hate our freedom" (LOL).... (then, Kreacher gets out his handy saucepan) BANG, BANG, BANG. ha ha ha ha. Good post Andrew!
