I love playing Harry Potter on my Wii, I feel all cool casting spells & such :) Yip new game!

hp_rox_my_sox15: The game is being released for Wii. I think it's going to be sick. Myrtle: Wii isn't like mainstream game systems. PS3 and XBOX use normal controllers, but the controllers for the Wii (depending which game you're playing) are very interactive. Basically in the OotP video game, you could use the Wii Remote as a wand, and wave it in certain motions (i.e. up and down, clockwise circle, etc.) to cast spells. I'd imagine that HBP will be fairly similar. Anyone else notice in the picture that dueling looks nearly exactly like the CoS game, just with sweeter graphics.

I hope in this game they make it have the freedom of game five, if not more. And the ausome spells and power ups from game 4. Looking forward to it on the wii.

the wii is a mainstream system, probably more so than any other. yeah moaning myrtle it happens when you click the post thing more than once

Did anybody else read the link to it? Because they talked quite a bit about all the romance. I hate how they are trying to make the potter series into a romantic comedy when it's much more than that. I mean, they're not gonna put sex in it are they? Oh, wait I forget, Yates is directing, which means yes.

Yes!!! I'm so getting it!! I hope it's better than OotP was said to be, because I heard that that one wasn't really any good, though I never actually played it myself. But I'm so getting it for my DS! Yay! But honestly angelina_johnson92, I doubt they will put sex in the movie, I mean come on, little kids watch it! They may stray from the story a bit, but that would be taking it WAY far. And yeah, they do seem to be trying to make it just a wee bit romantic, but hey, thats what they do. All we fans can do is live with it.

I like these games, but what kills them for me is the fact that they recreate the movie hogwarts, not the hogwarts layed out in the books (the true hogwarts). It's to bad they do that, because I would totally LOVE to run around the true version of Hogwarts.

im not really into video games...actually not at all...but thats a good point felixfelicis, they should have made it like the REAL hogwarts. the movies just dont match up. really wouldnt have played it anyway tho

awesome! i LOVVVEEE the ootp game for wii and i cant wait for hbp!! my only wish is that they would get the peoples faces to look more like the real actors and to get all the actors voices in it. =D
