The attack with Ginny wasn't in the books, right? I am so confused :D The trailer, er, satisfied me, I guess. Dumbledore sounds so friendly lulz.

here are some of the little flashes of scenes and what some of them are... 56/57 sec. Harry is bending over Ron who is on the ground. 58 sec. Marvolo's ring 59 sec. Dumbledore and Harry on cave island and at 55 sec. it kinda looks like Ginny but could it be Merope?

I was disappointed when the 5th movie came out, but from this trailer, I really think I am going to like Half Blood Prince. YAY! and I can say about time!

AOL was definitely worth the wait!! BEAUTIFUL, CLEAR trailer....and now I can watch it over and over again in all its glory!! =) Thank you Mugglenet for being so on top of this story!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I don't understand all the running through the fields thing and Ginny's wand getting sucked away, though...maybe a nightmare, or the attack on the Burrow? Looked great on the first, second, and third watches though! YAY!

I'm crying because my friend ruined this for me. She called right when I was about to check Mugglenet, & told me the trailer came out. I do NOT appreciate being spoiled. I am effing pissed and I feel like I`m going to Avada Kedavra someone's arse! Dumbledore`s death was spoiled for me too - by the same person! That trailer was the bomb! And it was freaking spoiled by one darn phonecall because I thought it was my sister calling!! I am seriously so pissed off. That was the best trailer ever! So dark and mysterious - is anyone not happy about the music?! That music was AWESOME! Man, I'd be so happy if this wasn't spoiled for me. EFF! I am going to Crucio everyone I see from now on!

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved (hated) little Riddle- amazing portrayal! Okay, why the hell was Ginny running through a corn field in a night gown?- oh well. It was still friken amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOD JOB!!! and may i add FINALLY....this trailer has most likely been the most anticipated trailer ever...almost as much as the movie itself....and they did great...I am looking forward to watching it in IMAX....today is a happy day.....

It was way to dark for me.& the movie isn't even suppose to be dark. This made it look like it was going to be a horror movie and it isn't. And it was completely focused around Voldemort. We didn't see anything about Severus or Draco or Hermione or Ron. It was not what I had expected at all.I'll just say it-I am pissed and I am disappointed. I was expecting something else. On the flip side, I love the way little Tom Riddle is, and the ending audio was fantastic. It was just ok for me.

How AWESOME!!!! was that??? Like this is one of the first times I actually am really excited over a trailer!!! Hopefully this movie will be just as good as they portray it to be in the trailer!!!! YAAAAYY!! I'm really excited now!!!

mattymoomus- Yeah I agree completely. I feel like it's more of a spinoff like you said, rather than an actual harry potter trailer. I had pictured the trailer having scenes from Quidditch, potions class, dumbledore and harry, the castle fight, slughorn, stuff like that. Plus I thought it was wierd how that trailer was so dark and yet they keep saying how comical this movie is. Like you said, I'm hoping they'll release another trailer with more of the movie in it. Granted little Voldy is a big part of the movie, but I don't understand why WB thought to make the entire trailer about just that. I can't make up my mind if I like it or not.

YAYAYAY! It's saved on my computer (the 1080 HD one) and I've now seen it approximately 15 times. Whoot! It's amazing. Tom Riddle looks great... very creepy... yes. Can't wait!!

SlytherinBabe--Why do you say the movie isn't supposed to be dark? Compared to the previous books, this would be the darkest book so far. They're in the middle of a war and Voldy is slowly taking over the wizarding world. Though I think they focus a bit too much on young Tom Riddle. I know it's a big part of the story and all that, but really, there's so many other aspects of HBP than just the memories. And I just really wanted to see the bridge fall down.. :D

OMG that was odd, but very good. I wanted to see more, but what I saw rocked. They made it seem very dark, and what was up with Ron on the floor??? Tom was perfect!! the younger dumbledor looked short lol. I expected more harry/ginny stuff, completely off. I guess they're trying to make it darker than it really is lol.
