I know they change somw things in the movies but the part where Harry was running through the woods puzzled me. I don't remember a scene like that in the book. Anyone have any theories? I was thinking that it is where Dumbledore winds up after being killed instead of on the school grounds. Hmmmm... I am so geeked about this teaser though. I want more more more......!!! Ron's poison scene looked pretty good too!

I'm not crazy about the direction of this movie as well. I don't remember any desert on the journey to Hogwarts. Young Tom Riddle, though creepy, does not have the forceful personality as he is portrayed to have in the book. I wasn't crazy about the Jim Broadbent casting as Slughorn. For one he is too tall and not nearly fat enough in the pictures that have already been posted. I didn't like the OOTP, there were too many mistakes, for one I don't recall the O.W.L.S. ever being referred to as Owls. They were always called O.W.L.S. OOTP looked to much like a movie made for television, were David Hey came from. In conclusion, there are too many changes and mistakes for my book, PoA & GoF are the two best movies, and I hope they consider changing Directors for the two Deathly Hallows movies. Thanks

Oh my gosh! I am like the happiest person in the world right now! The trailer is freakin' amazing!!!! I can hardly wait for the movie to come out! I know it's going to be so good, especially considering how much darker it is than the previous movies.

never mind, I figured it out!

so now I decided to help you people. This is what i did, don't know if it will work for you. what you do is, you select save file on the little screen that comes up when you click it. Then , when you get the thing that's a like a list of file downloads you click on it. when it opens, you go to file, then save, and save it to the apple thing. then you just download, I guess, i didn't get that far because my ipod lives on the other computer and we don't have iTunes on this one :)

I thought it was perfect- this is the trailer, after all, and not the entire movie. We don't want to spoil it, but at the same time it gave a really great, dark preview to those who are not familiar with the books and don't understand how intense this series gets. I can't wait for the movie to come out.

that looks awesome. I am usually disapointed in harry potter movies but so far this looks dope. i think young tom riddle looks creepy, in that almost too normal looking kind of way. I really hate the past actings of the new dumbledore but the scene from the lake looks SWEET! But if that lake is full of cute baby kittens instead of zombies im going to be pissed. I I am hoping harry gets beat up on the train like he did in the books, im afraid there going to leave that out but in my eyes that made malfoy the COOLEST. I am also really excited to see dumbledore die. it was sad in the books but i really dislike this actor so i might just cheer. To those who did nothing but nitpick every detail... get over it. all the movies sucked and this probably wont be much better, but DD does look badass in that one part and that you cant deny, and the scene with ron looks pretty intense. just think, in 20 or 30 years we can expect a remake of the movies, hopefully lotr style where they did continuous filming. And maybe with actors who dont move their eye brows so much and dont have goofy british hairstyles.

I like the trailer, and the way each of the actors in this scenes doing their character. Tom Riddle as a child it looks some way like a bully, and young Dumbledor I like the way he is talking with Riddle. And in the same way how the Profesor is talking with Harry. So far I like it, let me see the movie and I can tell more.

wow that was stupid thx addictedtochocolatenhp :) i found an easier way tho. just go to the ipod link then right click it, select save target as, save it in a folder you would remember, then just drag the file in your itunes library. hope this helps!

After you download the trailer, right click on it and select ''open with itunes''. If you clicked on the ''ipod'' version of the trailer, then just drag and drop the trailer as it appears in itunes onto the icon representing your ipod. Otherwise you will have to reformat the trailer to work with your ipod.

Great.... hadn't got to see it till now! blimy must be old! can you put these things on to an ipod? I thoughts they where just fo audio not moving stuff! don't own one anyway scared of lossing somthing that small. how can you see an image if the ipod is less that 2" long! or can you get big ones that are more difficult to lose.

@samXcore im pretty sure the scene where draco beats up harry is in the movie b/c if you watch one of the sneak peaks for HBP from OoTP they show random filmings like harry asking dumbledore about the horcruxes and a scene on the train where draco pulls out his wand and shouts petrificus totalus so im pretty sure your COOL draco scene is in the movie

i think the part where harry is running through the woods is where he is chasing after snape and malfoy. there is a quick second where it looks like someone is watching him but i have no clue who it is. and ginny in her bathrobe, i think was probably because harry told ron and hermione to give the rest of the felix to ginny them two and neville. and they helped the order.

I was really disappointed with OotP so I really hope this is an improvement.

I love this trailer! It's one of the best I've seen. I think it's great how young Tom has so much part in it. It's really gonna help the character side of the movie, which is really, really improtant in my opinion. I also love how when Harry and Dumbledore go back to the orphanage, they make it clear it was years and years before, due to the setting. I mean, it looks like it looked like a long time ago, doesn't it? The acting is getting better, you can tell from the trailer! Not that it wasn't before, but what I'm saying is there's always room for improvement. Young Tom is perfect for the role! What I'm most excited for is how there's a bit of mystery experienced with Harry Potter and the Philosepher/Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets that seemed almost forgotten in the other books/films. Now Harry's trying to find out about Draco's secret and the half-blood Prince. I'm hoping they don't make any of the romance weird, espcially the Ron/Lavendar one. And, I know little kids will see this thing and I will have to see it with my parents I don't want them all over each other too much! Sad to say, I was kinda disappointed with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, so I am hoping it's better, though it does have the same Director. I think it will be, hope I'm right! Okay, well that's all... I know my discussions is so long and well grammered I just felt like doing it this way for a change. I can't wait for the official trailer to come out, and even more, that actual movie!

IN RESPONSE TO klatu50: Wow, way to doom the entire film based on a few seconds from the trailer. FYI: The "O.W.L.s" WERE mentioned in OOtP, but perhaps if you weren't being so emo, you would have noticed that. :-)

IN RESPONSE TO MS1 First off, I'm not the only one who has commented that thinks this might be a crap film. Stop skimming the posts and read a few of the more negative ones. I did notice they were mentioned. I just didn't like that they were mentioned and owls, you the type of bird. All in all I hope for people like yourself, this movie doesn't suck, because the OOtP sure as hell did.

i think based on the trailer it has the potential to be good.....but could someone please explain the shot of ginny in a field wewaring a bathrobe? cause i dont understand it.
