Proclamation Decrees appear at Wizarding World

IOACentral has a new report up from Universal Studios in Florida, where the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park is currently being constructed. New outside the upcoming park's perimeter is a proclamation decree similar to those seen in Order of the Phoenix. The sign states that magic is "at work" and they appreciate everyone's patience.
