I loved the pictures but I'm still kinda upset about the push back. I'm a fairly patient person but if I think about the fact that I wont be seeing it in a few months like I had anticipated and I'll be 21 buy the time it comes out...Its a diffrent feeling then knowing I'll be 23 buy the time DH2 comes out. I'm not too happy.

Yeah, I`m pretty sure that`s Hagrid's Hut ... Sum it all up: Dan looks hot, Rupert looks hotter, you can see string holding up the necklace [opal, possibly?], love the Slug Club picture -- Slughorn & Harry are in the same outfits that are in the other pictures of Harry & Slughorn :) -- Narcissa has brown hair? & I imagined the Snape/Bellatrix scene a lot darker. Oh well. :) That part is going to blow my mind, I bet. :D

I know exactly what you mean, RoseMclane. I'll be 20 when HBP comes out, which makes the wait seem that much longer. And I'm someone who dreads age milestones in the first place, so it's depressing that I'll have to go through one in order to see the movie.

these pictures just make it harder :( and there was no attack on the burrow in the 6th book. they just added bellatrix to the battle at hogwarts. it looks like when hagrids hut is on fire.

Seven hours ago we would have been THRILLED (probably even Micah) because these pictures show Narcissa (sort of? She's facing away from the camera) and the opal necklace and Snape and some very important scenes. But after the BIG BLOW TO POTTER FANS (which is the name I have given to that horrid HBP news two stories down) nothing seems as great anymore. Quit taunting us, Warner Brothers. And I suggest WB hire several people to filter through the mail and complaints they're going to get after this. It's going to ~cost~ them money to move the date back in several ways, not MAKE money!!

You know what makes me sad....I'm so angry right now and upset...I keep telling myself to boycott the movie and just rent the movie DVD...but I know I won't. I want to see Alan in what I suspect is going to be a role that will steal anything Dan's ever done. I want to feel the sound blasting me out of my seat and have my favorite actor's face ten feet tall. We're angry, but soon we'll be resigned and unhappy...and we'll go see the movie in July simply because we've been waiting so long and by then, DH will be two years old.

As nice as these pictures are, the more stunts like this that WB pulls, the less enthusiastic I am about the Potter movies. Really, how many of those pictures are just "Promotional" pictures to get fans psyched up about the movies. How many of them will actually make it into the movie itself. Look at what happened with OOTP. They released over 100+ PROMOTIONAL picture, half of which didn't make it to the movie. I'm getting more of a "Whatever", "Who cares?" attitude. They could wait until 2015 to release the film and I wouldn't care at this point. By then, most of us will lose interest in the movies. If this is true, I sure as heck won't go rushing out to spend my money. It won't be worth it. So, they can do what they want. The more stunts like this they pull, the more people they'll tick off and the more money they'll lose. They said the movie will be released in November 2008, if any of them have an ounce of intelligence, they'll stick with their original schedule. Seriously, if this is true, people won't care if they see the movie at all. At least I wont. Even if Alan Rickman is in it, I'll wait until it comes out on DVD and rent it. Well, you can say they accomplished one thing. They have managed to tick off a lot of people. My Friend at work is going to be so excited to hear this.
