The British Board of Film Classification's website has been updated with information concerning a second Half-Blood Prince teaser trailer. Coming in at 91 seconds long (the first teaser trailer was 96 seconds), it has a PG rating and was just approved yesterday.
We'll let you know if anything comes of this! Thanks to CinemaBlend for the tip.

It really bugs me. One of the things that I was so happy about was the fact that we werent going to see so much of the movie by the time it got out, but now WB will have 300+ days to feed us phots, trailers, clips just to make us happy. But I DONT want to see the entire movie by the time it his the theatres. I agree, its going to be GOF all over again.

Thank you Warner Brothers for attempting to sooth the steady stream of rage pouring in your direction...but giving us a trailer for a movie that wont be released until a year from now is just an additional irritation.

Id have to agree with the people who say that they really wouldnt care about a new trailer if the movie is to come out in July. It would just be depressing to watch, especially with the new date showing up. But people, dont give up on our goal of showing WB that delaying a movie so close to the release is NOT acceptable. If the folks at WB had been a small time business that was hard for money, this all would be so much more understandable. But theyre not.
They already have billions of dollars. What people need to understand is yes, business is about cash, but when they have so much as it is (that they wouldnt have without us to begin with), you should think of the fans too. What they are basically doing is choosing the cash over the fans. The cash that they already have plenty of. And whether it be Harry Potter, Star Wars, Lord Of The Rings -- in general, its just WRONG.

Are there going to be seven teasers between now and the movie. And really, PG? Thats crazy. I was convinced it was going to be R for a while with the whole, "Army of the living dead" thing in the cave. PG?

Gasp! another trailer, another trailer. I have to stop what Im doing to go watch it! nahhhh, Ill go back to what I was doing cause its more exciting to watch the paint dry and the grass grow! I WANT MY MOVIE BACK! Thats it, Im going to hold my breath until they reschedule it and dont no one try to stop me! (INHALE)
