'Extras' to air on September 14th
Ricky Gervais recently announced on his official podcast that the second series of the BBC's "Extras" show will commence on September 14th. Daniel Radcliffe and Warwick Davis (Prof. Flitwick) will guest star in the third episode of the six-part series, indicating that it will be aired September 28th - although nothing has been confirmed yet. There is not currently a release date set for the show's airing on HBO in America, although Warwick revealed in our interview with him on MuggleCast that it is to be aired in the Fall.Thanks to DR.com for the info!

Great, I really liked the first series of 'Extras' so I can not wait to see the new episodes and if 2 HP actors are in them, then it's perfect!

Well, I absolutely love Ricky Gervais, so it's like a twofer for me. I get to watch a show I love, and my favorite little Harry Potter is on it too!

Huh, maybe it will be on You Tube for me to watch it seeing as I live in the US. But, we have shows from the UK here now... 'So You Think You Can Dance' and 'Docter Who'... maybe Extras will be wanted in the US by popular demand and it will come here as well. But, I'm not overly exciting about it. It's just another show with more people that play in Harry Potter.

Sorry, to double post, but I just read some of the comments, and wanted to let people know that "Extras" does air in Canada. I'm not sure about the US, but it's definitely aired in Canada.
Oh, oh, oh, now I'm excited. I LOVE those programmes . . . I saw "The Magic Touch of Harry Potter" and thought it was brilliant! And "Inside the Goblet of Fire". I haven't seen anything Harry Potter-related on BBC or HBO, though, and look forward to it! :o) A LOT.

I checked my TV guide and I think I get "Extras" here in Canada, but we're a year behind schedule...the Samuel L. Jackson episode which aired last August is showing today...I really hope that the first time I'll get to see the Warwick/Dan episode won't be a whole year from now...maybe they're just airing them as reruns???? I hope this episode premieres here on Sept.28 like BBC says they're supposed to... And in any case, it'll be great to see Dan before OOTP because I expect that's the next time we'll see him on a screen!!
