Round Three is now open for the next 24 hours, and the battle is between Hogicans Horace Slughorn and Molly Weasley. Who do you believe is the better candidate for Minister of Magic? All of it leads up to a final election between one candidate of the Hogican party and one candidate of the Wizocrat party on November 4th.
