The official website of Emma Watson has been updated with a new message from the Hermione Granger actress. In it, she talks about an upcoming SAT test for American universities and notes that she'll be doing test shoots for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows this Monday:
On Monday I go in for test shoots for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (part 1). I am quite excited to be back actually. I don't think I have seen Dan since the summer since he left for NY and Rupert since Autumn. I think I have a couple of costume fittings and a hair appointment to make my hair a bit browner. Not sure whether we have a couple rehearsals as well.
Excited to see if they have cast anyone yet...

I wish Emma luck on her SATs! I took mine last spring and I am like almost positive that shell do loads better than me (although I didnt do bad!)! And its really awesome to hear that theyre going to start work on Deathly Hallows! So exciting! :]

Then were sorta screwed because they cant replace the trio now, not this close to the end, but then they cant finish the movie !!!! oh wow! how exciting!!! imagine Emma applying to my school! I would be stoked to walk into one of my classes to see her. Study group!
Ive had the same thoughts over jk rowling dying before she finished the books, totally stressed me out! I think it was February or March when she announced she had finished and i breathed a huge sigh of relief!

I understand too... I worried about the last book being written. Daniel is still in Equus until Feb 8th? so he will not be there for the testing... but it will be nice to hear news again...

I thought they were going to film DH completely from start to finish and break it in the studio into the two parts. Hopefully they will do that, thats how LOTR was done and all three movies flowed so smoothly because of it.

As someone that is planning in the future to go to a USA uni for Grad school (Im from Northern Ireland) I find it comforting that Im not the only one who though USA SAT exams where very hard. I also havent done maths at school since I was 16 and sat my Maths GCSE lol!

but HPALI, my point is thats its not like replacing the guy who plays Seamus or Crabbe or Goyle or whatever. They cant replace Daniel or Emma or Rupert in the Harry Potter films, because they carry the main part of it, It just wouldnt be the same after these 8 or 9 years to see someone else try to fill their shoes. The only way they can make a remake is after everyone who saw the original 5 Harry Potters ( and the 3 yet-to-be-released) died, at least thats my opinion because theres no way I could watch it. (BTW Daniel: Hot. Rupert: Hot( but not as hot as Daniel, almost but not quite) Emma: Hot ( in a non-bi. way) add them all up, stir clockwise twice and you get 3 of the HOTTEST and BEST under 20 actors/actress EVER)

Twin_of_Ron WEll its quite obvious the direction theyre taking from the subtle hints David Heymans been saying.. He said he doesnt want the ending to be ACTION PACKED! He wants it to be kinda emotional... and he said somewhere between the Deathly Hallows and Malfoy Manor, cuz you GOTTA know about the Deathly Hallows before the movie is over, otherwise the title doesnt make sense! lol

I was going through the MuggleNet news archives earlier today, and saw old headlines about Dan leaving after PoA, and Emma after GoF. Like, how much would these movies have sucked if that had happened? And good luck, Emma. Even if youve already taken it.
