There must be several versions of this car, as it took quite a beating from when it first launched Ron & Harry in the sky from London, to when we last saw it after rescuing them from Aragogs kids.

Wow thats GREAT! Its not like WB needs the car or has any use for it anymore

I take it this isnt the original. Something to do with it being stolen. Or did they recover it?

cool .. i agree with merry_sa : why chicago?? I would really like to go .. but cant :/

Posted by: - Posted on: 2009-03-19 21:05:29

what is the point of all of these exhibitions of stuff? theyre just movie props... i dunno Ive never found anything from the movies all that fascinating. If JKR isnt going to be there, or its not about the books... who cares? Other movies have props in them as well, cars and costumes, its all the same...

I agree with merry_sa as well, Chicago does seem really random for the world premiere of this exhibit but, Im happy, because I live near Chicago. :D

wouldnt it be funny if you could, say, kneel close behind the front window to look like youre driving it? lol

Posted by: - Posted on: 2009-03-23 11:25:03

i was just at the museum its in and they already have the car set up in the front hallway with the description of what the car actually is (story wise) i took pictures of it and with it i was so pumped
