New details on Order of the Phoenix
RedFlu has sent us new, very detailed information on the current plan for the beginning of Order of the Phoenix. These could be considered spoilers by some, so we have a link below to take you to the description. At most, this is a rough plan for the arrangement of the beginning of the film and chances are it will adjusted. Nonetheless, an interesting read for anyone interesting in seeing the plan so far for the film!
"The film starts with Harry in the street, when he meets Dudley. This part is like
the book. The one difference is that the fight happens in the atrium of the
Dursley's house. After this fight, the Advanced Guard appears and takes Harry to the Sirius' house. When Harry enters, they tell him it all what in the book Sirius tells him by letter. Hermione and Ron tell him about the OotP and the others say him about the hearing in the Minister. The next scene shows Harry and Mr. Weasley in a big hall in the Minister. In that place it's the hearing and they introduce us to Umbridge. The part in wich we see Lucius talking with Fudge has been removed. Then, the dinner before the Hogwarts Express. Ron and Hermione receive their letter, with the annunce of prefects. Harry is jealous.
After this, Harry appears in the train. He talks a bit with Luna. Hermione and Ron aren't there. Ginny says that they're with the other prefect. For the first time we'll see how they mount the carriage, but it only will be to see the thestrals. Then, we will see the first dinner, when we can see to Dolores Umbridge as professor and also see that Hagrid is not in Hogwarts.
From here, my uncle just told me diferentes things, like there'll be classes with Snape and Dolores. We'll have Grawp, too. The quidditch will be mentioned, but we won't see it, because in the last game we watch the scene when Harry meets Grawp. There will be exams, and also there'll be Occlumency lessons. Snape tell Harry he will have Oclumency lessons at the end of one of potions lessons, and not in Grimmauld Place.
In the last battle, all the wizards will be there. The scene of the battle between
Harry and Voldemort has been written three times, because they don't know when
Dumbledore has to appear.
In September they'll shoot the last battle."

whats the fight thats everyones goin on about?? i've just finished readin the 5th book again and where is the fight bit can sumbody please explain!!??????? lol
u kno. at least they could make everything in the right place at the right time in the movie. im afraid that it's gonna turn out loike prisoner of azkaban. they put everything out of order and didnt put all the important stuff in that they needed to put to understand the plot of the series. i mean, once they get to making the seventh movie they're gonna realize how much they screwed up. they'll have to make that movie like 4 hours long just to understand it.
*shouts* eek I can't wait untill the movie! It seems like they left out a lot of the better scenes in my opinion! I'm mostly looking forward to it cuz it comes out 3 days after I turn 18 yea!! Wo0o0o!

Okay I actually like the editing for this movie. I don't really like it when they do things *exactly* like the book, you know every little detail. Kinda bugs me. Absolutely CANNOT wait for the Occlumency lessons and Snape's Worst Memory!!! =D
I've come to the conclusion that I'm not going to worry about the movies anymore. First they screwed up one of my favorite characters, Remus Lupin. Then they made the Death Eaters look absolutely ridiculous with those KKK uniforms. THEN they screwed up Barty Crouch Jr. Now there not even going to MENTION Regulus (the seventh movie director better be Peter Jackson, cause he is the only man alive capable of saving this.) And now they are skewering the 5th book by leaving out omg!important scenes for the sake of exciting action and using any excuse to blow us away with CGI. I dunno about you but I would rather opt for those quiet scenes between Sirius and Harry rather then long extended out-of-the-original-order!action sequences. So I'm personally going to boycott this movie and pretend it doesn’t exist.
This is quite interesting. I wonder if Fred and George's escape and Mr. Weasley's being attacked will be included as well. I wonder how the dementors will get inside the atrium of the Dursley's house to begin with.
Mizz_Moony_Luver- i completely agree with you. i mean, Prisoner sucked. They completely took out half the book and anybody who read the book was so angry. now, there's only like 25% of wut actually happens in the book in the movie. but how did they screw up lupin? jw. WB's gonna have a fit cuz i bet nobody's gonna go see it after they've read this. And isnt there like so much more draco in this book? WHERE DID THEY PUT MY LUVER?!?!?!!?! ugh. im just so very angry.

Mizz_Moony_Luver and luvinmalfoyx3 you guys took the words right out of my mouth. They seem to want to attract the non HP readers by using all the action sequences instead of the heart of the story. I know it's a lot to cram in but really, couldn't you do a better job? Ughh please let this be a false report.

ok ok i posted already but w/e i just thought about somthing since theres no pevis in the movies (since the director just HAD 2 cut that charator 2 ) then how are they going 2 distract umbrige so they can use her fire place? cuz no offence but i think it be really lame if they were just like o well would u look at this how conventent for us that umbrige just happens to be out of her room and on the other side of the building! what luck! (of course watch them leave that whole seen on the cutting room -__-)

That isn't a summary of the whole movie it's just a summary of what that person knows,so don't go freaking out!!!when more scenes are filmed we'll be told and anyway if you really like hp you'll go see the movie no matter what and won't go sulking cos it isn't how you pictured it!(",)

ok...pygmy_puff- um. its an out line of the movie and it shows important parts. by some VERY important parts aren't in their which means it's either not important in the movie or they're not filming it at all. duh. and after hopw bad prisoner was, ill be pissed if its the same for this one. maybe u should read my comments, Mizz_Moony_Luver, and Arinia's cuz then ull get y every one is freasking out. get it? got it? good.

ive been on holiday 4 2 weeks n my minds blowing with all this news!! its strange i though we were told OOTP was opening 2 a snowy scene... hardly Privet Drive or i just maybe i just imagioned reading that. Anyway if this is true then im a bit disapointed because everything looks really rushed especially the Grimmauld Place scenes. If Harry and Sirius dont spend hardly any time alone together its going 2 look totally stupid when Sirius dies and Harrys crying his eyes out with grief... the audience won't believe it at all! Im prying this summary isnt real... now off 2 catch up on more news :)

Man oh man, thats so exciting. OotP is my favorite book, seeing Harry Potter come to life (even though there's already been 4 movies) still blows my mind away. Its just great.
it does sound cool all the details it's not a spoiler to me cause it's not like they are showing the scenes and yes i wish they would keep some things like they are in the book and i am not going to watch any of the clips from ootp that gets on the net cause i want to be suprised harry potter is the best and i can't wait to see hbp and the final books as movies too.
