JK Rowling attends Raisa Gorbachev charity gala
The Daily Mail has photos online of our favorite author attending the Raisa Gorbachev charity gala in London last night.Jo is looking beautiful!
The purpose of the Raisa Fund, according to their site, "is to raise funds to improve the treatment of children suffering with cancer in Russia".

What is with the angles on these photos? They all look like they're taken from just above, with some sort of stretch lens. Giant heads and shoulders, short teeny legs - even odd-sized heads. Rowling is a small woman, and she looks like a 44 chesty in these. The one of the model and her boyfriend looks like Madame Maxime and Professor Flitwick.

It is good the celebraties and people who are in the field of donation come together to see each other in their best, and to have a good time for something so bad. I have lost some friends in their fight to cancer. So good for all of them.
