Lol I felt like javan_weasley when I posted on that news post about that ball Jo went to yesterday, no one else was posting, being first used to be harder than this......but then other people started commenting, and there's lots of comments there now. But I miss the deathly hallows summer, where there were hundreds of posts on nearly every news item. :) Anyway about the towels, of course the Mauraders Map won, it was the only gorgeous one! The DA one was boring, and the Mischeif Managed one...I wouldn't want it. But $25 is sure a lot for a towel, I mean, it's not even organic cotton. ^_^

I want the towel but I will catch it on sale. I can't imagine paying $25 for a towel. Maybe if it was a set, I could see it for $25.

I SO miss the summer of DH, I joined mugglenet a bit before that and it was amazing to feel so included in such a huge Fandom, it was so fun and people were arguing left and right about the most insane things. I mean was on the CoS forums the other day and people were actually arguing about whether or not Harry was born with bad eyesight. It was insane and so much fun. There were hundreds of comments on every storey. Now I comment on things so they'll at least get over 10 comments. BTW, this was not the towel I voted for; I wanted the DA one and I prolly won't buy this because it's $25. Maybe if it goes on sale, but I'm not that fussed. I may not have bought the DA one either.

@i_am_hermione 6; I officially joined the internet fandom (I'd already been a fan in other capacities) after HBP came out, and was thrilled and overwhelmed by the awesomeness of it all. :) We had something fantastic, all this enthusiasm, I can only hope it will rekindle at times. :) I loved all the passion and insanity and crazy discussions with other crazily obsessed fans before and during the release of the last book, that time can be described by no other word than "epic". *sigh* all the memories, may they not fade even in 100 years..... :D
