Back in early May we told you about a nationwide sweepstakes that would reward one lucky fan with a trip to London's Half-Blood Prince premiere. That winner has now been announced: Penny Lewin of Chicago! You can see an interview with the winner on NBC Chicago right here. Thanks to everyone who e-mailed with the tip!

well look at that. im first :P anyways...i was thinking, wouldnt it be pretty cool if they played the trailer/teaser trailer of harry potter and the deathly hallows before half -blood prince.meaning u go to see half blood prince an then the trailer to deathly hallows plays right before the 6th movie starts. thatd be interesting an pretty cool.

She is really lucky! Me and my friends had to buy plane tickets and reserve a hostel in London to see the premiere! But, does anyone know if I need a ticket just to stand there and see the stars, or just to see the actual film? I dont want to travel all the way to London to find out that I should have bought a ticket.
