We have yet another great interview with Daniel Radcliffe--this time from the Guardian. Dan discusses life as a celebrity, shows his passion for art, literature and poetry, and may have let slip the university co-star Emma Watson might be attending in the fall.
Here's an excerpt:
The film also marks Harry's second kiss, with Ginny Weasley, sister of best friend Ron. Was that enjoyable? "It was quite weird for me because I've known Bonnie [Wright, who plays Ginny] since she was nine and I was 11. Very strange. But we got through it. It was good. And it'll get a bit of a cheer from the Potter fans. But I have to say, today I saw playback of Ron and Hermione's kiss [from the final book], and it is easily, from what we've filmed so far, the biggest moment in all the films. It is," he says approvingly, "a great kiss."

This is a great interview! So HILARIOUS! I love the part about him iroining and getting to a button or a zipper and not knowing what to do next. Lmao. Im exactly the same way. I cant iron to save my life. And its SO COOL that hes publish poems. Im totally going to try to find some of them. Thats so awesome! I cant wait to see the Ron/Hermione kiss! Especially after hearing Dan talk about it! It was one of the best moments of the whole book series, so I know it will be even bigger on-screen!! So Emmas going to Brown...Im sure if Dan says it then its definitely true. Congrats Emma! You go girl!! I cant wait to see him in the biopic, Journey. I know he will be brilliant! And its so cool he got to meet the Obamas.

also - oh snap! concerning Emma Watson attending Brown, Alan Rickmans sarcastic behavior, and finding J.K. Rowling "fantastically attractive". aside from all the personal stuff, thank god for the epic news of THE kiss. this was a really revealing interview.

I have found a lot of new respect for Dan in this interview. Hes very witty, clever, and creative. I love that hes a Radiohead fan, and an atheist Jew. Im so glad he hasnt gone the way of other child actors, staying sane and smart. Id love to meet him and chat, but I doubt that will ever happen.

OK, fangirl rant over..... that was a great interview. Overall hes STILL my perfect match...were both theater people, and we are definitely eccentric! I didnt think he drank or went to nightclubs, though.... I plan on NEVER drinking or going to nightclubs....so does that dash my chances? I hope not....

That was a great interview, but it was LONG. lol. EMMA IS ATTENDING BROWN?!?!?! This girl I know is attending Brown next year!! I wish I could go to Brown and go to college with EMMA WATSON!!! ARGH! lol. Anyway, yeah, that was a good, revealing interview. It was funny, too. Thats cool, they filmed the kiss already...

but it sucks-all dreams of going to Brown went right out the window.
Now, the applicant rate to Brown will rise like 50%, meaning the possibility of getting in goes down 75%. =[

i am so happy to hear he thought Rupert and Emma;s kiss was epic. Just like the books, it is one of the moments in the last film that I look forward to the most since we were tortured with it for many years. :)
