Just wanted to let you guys know that mild cases of the Swine Flu and also known as H1N1. It has the common characteristics of a common cold. Your body starts to ache ( not to sever but just aches), you also get a sore throat followed by hoursness and your cough sounds really harsh.. It can also be accompianied with headaches. Now for those who have comprimised immune systems and have a hard time fighting it are those who are most at danger,,,,,,,,,,but for healthy average people it is no more than a girl of a cold.....it last at least two weeks but you feel bad for the first week. It is contagious but unfortunatly you can spread it before you even know you have it, once you have it the airborne cells become dormant. After the seventh day of the onset of symptoms you should be able to do activities as normal, until then try not to get around to many people. Rupurt will be fine guys, trust me. He is a healthy, strong young teenage man, he will be feeling crappy for a while but he will be better soon..

I'm finding this really hard to believe. Whomever is posting this "news" is jumping on the H1N1 and Celebrity tragedy band wagon. Just because it says that the BBC reports this, doesn't mean it's true.

Leslie33 the BBC is ALWAYS right. They make sure of the facts first. And why would they lie about this? Anyway, loads of people have got it .. why is it hard to believe that Rupert has got it?

@ DEATHEATERTWO he still had the swine flu which is a pretty big deal what if you had a mild case of swine flu and you went to your doctor and he said "it's not a big deal it's similar to the common cold, relax".

I don't really understand why some people are finding this hard to believe. Most people with swine flu don't even realize they have it because it gives you the exact same symptoms that a regular flu gives you, and fatalities are not common in other countries like they were in Mexico. Anyone can get swine flu, so why people think because he's famous he wouldn't is beyond me. Someone at my school got it. She's fine now. Was away for like 4 days. It doesn't stay contagious for very long. People really shouldn't find this THAT hard to believe. Get well soon Rupert!
