Congratulations, Emma! You're going to love it; my sister just graduated from Brown and it is such an awesome school. I went to school in Providence, RI, as well, and it's such a nice city.

Brown must be happy. She's likely going to influence tons of fans to choose Brown now, in hopes of meeting her. Though I question the difficulty of the GCSEs and the A levels, because I saw an article discussing the types of math questions they ask and it's all embarrassingly easy. A friend of mine from England agreed that the exams were far too easy. That's not to say I don't think Emma's intelligent! I can tell she's very bright. :)

apparently it is a fake article, as she took part in a video interview after this article came out which denied having said anything and she still did not say what uni she would be attending. She said the first place to hear what uni she had chosen would be on Emma Watson Official..

ew brown, lol. i nearly applied there but was severely turned off by it in the end. Harvard's got its issues too but it would have been nice to see her go there...but hey, if she likes brown, more power to her, eh?

i don't believe it, i think it's a fake article, she wouldn't speak so openely about where she was going in this interview, and then keep it a complete secret in all the others, in the full article it says at one point 'i'm looking forward to working with them' (talking about burberry) would she not say 'working with them more'? or 'i enjoyed working with them'? she said the first place she'll declare it is on EWO and i believe that, she may be going to brown , but i don't believe this article is real, some answers are almost word for word from other interviews,

I think Emma's going to Brown too. Dan Radcliffe spilled the beans in an interview a couple weeks ago. IMO, this article is fake. Most of the quotes from Emma were lifted from old interviews or just made up. But wherever she decides to go, CONGRATULATIONS Emma!

Wow, yea... thats definitely a fake article, it doesn't sound like the way Emma would usually respond to any of the questions in fact. I hate that they keep doing this to her, cause then HP fans get mad at her and call her a liar later... when really its the media's fault :(

for the average 16 year old, GCSEs are hard, and for the average 18 year old, A Levels are hard. But Emma's obviously above average, so they weren't that hard for her, which is why she did so well. The average for GCSEs is probably Cs. Emma really has it all haha. I wish she'd attend a uni in England though, maybe Oxford or Cambridge :)

Yay!!! My brother goes to Brown, and he told me that everyone on campus knew she was going there for a while now- she just hadn't confirmed it to the public so they couldn't say anything. But it should be great for her to spend some time in college away from the paparazzi once the films are over.

How in the world is she going to ever go to be able to learn? She will never be left alone. I think maybe a fake because why would she post it in advance? That will just make it harder to learn if people are only there to see her. Crazy. I wish her luck in where ever she decides to go.

I read that she wants to have a roommate that isn't a HP fan. I don't even understand how she can live on campus. I feel like she won't be able to trust anyone. Everyone is going to want to be friends with her because she's famous. :/

THIS IS A FALSE CLAIM. Emma Watson said that the first place she would announce her choice is on her website, and there has been absolutely no post on her website yet.

To all the people who think it's false, Paste is a legitimate entertainment (but mostly music) magazine. I don't think they'd make stuff up. They're a good magazine, actually. Plus, Dan let it slip earlier.

1) This says "I hope to do well on my A-levels" and Emma took her A-levels a couple years ago. 2) Emma has been clearly saying "no" when interviewers for the HBP press tour asked her to tell them where she is going to college. 3) Emma does not want fans and paparazzi following her around while she is attending college. @Kaylie: Maybe this is an old interview that she gave before she decided to keep her school choice quiet or maybe she has changed her mind since then. But Daniel Radcliffe and David Heyman both HAVE said that she's going to Brown. So even if this article is fake that seems like the likely choice. But it is weird that it sounds like she doesn't know what she got on her A-Levels....hmmmm....

First, good for her if she is thinking more about her career and her future. There are many actors ans actresses that see our career after everything goes out. Second this is part of growing up young people (College) need to have so they can made their minds. Third, good for her because she is doing something more in her life.

Someone from my family has been at Brown University since it first started as Moses Brown. It is in the top three in Literature. The other two are in England. Safety, very walled off from people just wondering around like most University's. At night it becomes a fortress. The area around it is in the city of Providence and it stinks. In spight of that said, great luck and she will learn and have a lot of fun living a different life. Great thinking Miss. Watson. horas 1

There's going to be an awful lot of young men hanging around Brown come fall! I wonder if they'll need to increase campus security? There's a lot of loonies out there.

In Korea they all blindly believe she is going to go to Ivy League, so where on earth is she going to? Yale, Brown, Columbia or Harvard?? I have no idea and further doubt if it may be some kind of Image-Making for selling the movie. It makes me afraid of her to go to a NEXT university.

i've just notice dit got her GSCE results COMPLETELY wrong, it said she got 7 A's and three A*'s that's not true, she got 8 A*'s and 2 A's , and emma did sound as thoguh she hadn't got her A'level results yet, she may be going to brown, but no one but it's just not public knowledge yet! even if by chance she is goign to brown that dosen't make this article any less shoddy and fake!

Brown wasn't actually her first choice. She got rejected from Cambridge (UK) - I know this cause she applied to my sisters college there. Whilst her results appear to be outstanding, any from the uk will know that the vast majority of those that actually work will get these kinda grades. Plus she's obviously had some ridiculously expensive education with like the best schools/tutors that the uk has to offer. And after all that she can't even frickin' act! Perhaps better in HBP but I'll never forgive her for the worse ever acting performance I've ever seen ever in OOTP... And just as an example, at my school (a state school as in you don't pay a dime for it) around 10% of the 180 people in 6th form will get straight As. In my maths class most of the people are taking 6 A levels and will get AAAAAA, so don't be wowed by this pathetic attempt at percieved academia... Rant over!

So if it's fake, I wonder if that means she's not really going to Brown. It sounded like that was where she was going in one of the interviews a few weeks ago, anyway.

Look, regardless of what college she's going to, she is GOING to college. I think she deserves our respect for retaining some normalcy in her life.
