Wicked, I never knew that they had something like this. How cool. Some time ago I heard some colleges in my state were doing a modified version of Quidditch, but it didnt look as awesome as this.

I wanna play! That is so cool! Sometimes I wonder though... What other wizarding sports are there? I mean, it says here that its everyones favorite, but what is there to compare it with? Even in the book it is the favorite. But what else is there? I hope JKR will address that in the encyclopedia. :)

So cool. I know a lot of colleges have this (including the one I want to go to--a big part, lol) I think it would be so cool to watch. I think were going to do a Quidditch tournament at our school as well with this newly founded Harry Potter club... awesome!

Id hardly call it a popular sport across college campuses. Ive never seen it being played, and honestly youd have to be the biggest dweeb ever to consider playing it. I like the books and movies as much as everyone else, but this is excessive.

So I just took a break from doing some World Cup organization stuff for LSU (my school) quidditch to check Mugglenet, and apparently, Mugglenets thinking along the same lines as me! LSU is so excited for the World Cup! We were fourth last year, and this year were ready to win it all!

As a Middlebury student, I know were all super psyched to host the world cup! jojoinpink54: Aside from Midd, some of the other schools that have competed in the past are Vassar, Emerson, and McGill. For those who want to watch, it sounds like theres going to be a live webcast at www.collegequidditch.com
