In early September we told you that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince had been nominated in several categories at the 2009 Scream Awards.
Thanks to HarryPotterXperts.de, we now know that Half-Blood Prince won in the "Best Ensemble" and "Holy S***! Scene of the Year" (for the bridge collapse) categories.
The awards will air Tuesday, October 27th at 10 PM on Spike TV.

How the hell did HBP win best ensemble if they werent even nominated ? I voted in that category and Harry Potter wasnt one of them. TRUST ME ! Wow they just decided to give us an award for nothing.
Twilight won four and your putting them down because they didnt win one award for Ultimate haha ... I love Twilight but in that category I voted for Star Trek for Ultimate award it was that good.

Twilighterpotter 5 , I voted as well (so did other people) and it seems that you were blinded. Harry Potter was INDEED nominated in the best Ensemble category. So, Im sorry I dont trust you. Why the hell would they just given an award away? Harry Potter won this awards because people voted for it!!

Yay! HBP sooo deserved those awards! I dont get how Kristen Stewart won best actress though... I loved the Twilight books but I thought the movie was shamefully bad, in my opinion Kristen really wasnt good. I havent seen any of her other movies so maybe it was jst Twilight. She was just so stiff and woooden!

How did Twilight win Best Fantasy film....thats my problem it makes no sense at all. The movie was CRAP Im sorry but it was, I read the book it was ok, but the movie...gees seriously all those awards were not deserved. Also Transfomers best sequel....seriously? it was one of the worse movies of the year or EVER.

I have read the books/seen the movie and Ill prob.watch New Moon with my GF. But hell what I do hate about it is the twihards/its fandom and the media comparing it ALL THE F*cking time with HP.

Omigosh. I CANNOT beleive Twilight won Best fantasy Movie, and Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson won best fantasy actor and actress. Harry Potter/HP characters should have won those categories!
But it was really funny- on the scream website, all the "buried" comments were wons praising Twilight. =)
And dont get me wrong- I loved the Twilight books. The movie was just the worlds biggest dissapointment.

Its nice they won something...but they DESERVED to win in the other categories too. Im shocked they won Best Ensemble since they were added to that category so late. So I guess if you think about it ALL the HP actors won since ensemble means the whole cast. And HP has one of the most banging casts in the business!

Screw twilight...I knew it was going to win because most of its fans are 12 year old girls who have nothing better to do than to vote continuously for it. I could tell that by the immature comments they kept making on the Scream site. I think HBP is going to get nominated for an Oscar...I just hope it wins this time.
