There are some new interview bits online this morning thanks to Potter fansite HarryPotterForever.fr.
While the translation is very rough, we learn about challenges and scenes that Dan, Emma, and Rupert have recently shot: Emma Watson
To kiss Rupert in front of cameras will stay the strangest experience for me, since I've played in Harry Potter. Him and I was frightened about this scene, and would like to do it quickly. But the hardest is coming ... I have to kiss Dan ! It's a scene where Ron imagine a kiss between Harry and Hermione."
"We haven't filmed the epilogue yet, in which we can see the future of Harry, Ron and Hermione 19 years later. At the beginning, producers would like to replace us, but they finally kept us. We will look like 40 years old persons. I'm very impatient to see that !"

I still want Rupert & Emma to grow up, then find each other again in 10 years and marry. Why? No idea. Their written characters are so right for each other, from the first smudged nose, and they play them so well in the movies ... its easy to get that confused with reality. Thats what we do in America - all of our actors (and internet relationships) lose sight of what is real, and what is artificial.

Oh, I hope they dont mess up the Epilogue by making teenagers look old. That would just mess everything up, and I want it to be perfect. I mean, Ill be crying anyways, as that will mean the end of the movies, which are kind of keeping me from slipping into the Post Potter Depression. Oh, I am just so worried!

I wonder if theyll shoot that scene all together, or only with Dan and Emma and make Rupert react to nothing in front of him or perhaps a film. Well, the whole Silver Doe chapter is one of my favourites. I wonder if shell get to beat on Rupert too. LOL That will be good, but they might take it out if it makes Hermione look to violent. Considering how they made her say Opugno, you never know.

I love Rupert!!! With the epilogue, Im really glad they are using the same cast!! I really think theyll do a good job with making them look passable as adults! It wouldnt be the same if they got new people to play their roles, it would ruin the cycle of growing up with them, so to speak. I too, really hope, even with my love for Ron, that Emma still gets to beat up Rupert! It would be great to watch! But if they keep that in, Emma has to go all out, not just a wimpy little pucnh in the arm. You know how the press reacted to half-blood prince saying Hermione promotes teen drinking and stuff like that? Which was completely insane, btw. Imagine what theyll have to say about her beating up Ron. I can see it now: "So long innocent child witches and wizards, Potter character promotes and demonstrates teen abuse!" haha, lol! :)

@RonLover: Emma always goes all out. Shes constantly beating them up in every film. That scene where Hermione beats up Ron will be amazing!! I love watching the older interviews with them and theyre all in denial about having to kiss each other and now here we are in the last films and Emma has to kiss them BOTH. I love it! Its going to be crazy to see what the trio look like in their mid-30s. I think Harry is about 36, Ron is 37, and Hermione is 38 in the epilogue. So I guess we know now that Dan WILL be naked.

I honestly think that for Dan to be naked is simply ridiculous. This franchise just doesnt need it. It is just a gimmick for Dan the actor and a revolting turn for the movie makers to even consider. For what reason? We know from the book that Harry is supposedly naked; for the movie, it can simply be implied without us having to see Dan actually naked. We can all see him in Equus pics on the internet if we are "into" that. I just dont see the need and I dont see what the director or even Dan would have insisted, which I am quite certain was the case. (and dont give me some malarkey about it being true to the book or script, because it is simply a choice and a crude one at that)

Oh, and before I forget, this has nothing to do with them growing up. Yes, they are adults, we all know that by now. This is simply the wrong choice to make for this movie. Let Dan do a remake of Equus the film and then he can do all the nudity he wants and it will be integral to the story, but here, I just dont think its necessary.

Yay! Im so happy they are doing the locket scene where Harry and Hermione kiss. I do hope they make Emma and Dan look really wicked like the book described them when they kiss.

Dumblydore, I completely agree: I do hope they make Emma and Dan look evil and surreal, and I hope they amp up Hermiones look, cause the Horcrux Hermiione is supposedly sexier than the real Hermione, even though I dont think Emma needs to be any sexier. lol. Im not really angry that Dan will be naked, cause I know the filmmakers wont show anything in the actual film; they wouldnt cross that territory, unless theyre going European, in which case, thats a huge turn. Guys, lets have a little faith, and wait to judge when the movie actually comes out and we see everything put together.

I love Ron too, hence my name on here, but let Emma go all out at him for the end of Silver Doe. No problem with the nudity on my part, but it will be strange to go back and look at PS, et al and have that in my head. It will be interesting. IMO, they dont play up Emmas looks much at all in the movies, except HBP. I would have liked Ron to see Hermione leave the Gryffindor Common Room in that dress for Slughorns party in the movie and rev up the jealousy though. I thought they missed out on a pretty easy chance. Emmas latest video for Xmas on her site shows her looking very plain, and shes just left the set. Hope she looks great for the kiss scene with Rupert, but considering theyre in the battle, its not like theyll have lots of makeup on her.

wow i can not wait to see this... I am going to laugh me head off when they do the kissing scenes the fact that they never stop complaining about it will make it so... interesting lol. The seven potter scene will be awesome!!!!!!!! and i am so excited for the silver doe scene, why, because when i read the book and SPOILERS> ron left i was fricken pissed off at him i almost threw my book... but he came back and i cried i was so happy (yeah i am an emotional wreck) well anywhosers i will leave you with this famous quote:

And Kapuffy26, theyre not going to show much of Dan, probably just minimal on film, that would be really stupid on WB part and i dont think theyll do that.
Im excited that Emma is actually going to kiss Dan for real! I wasnt sure they were really gonna do the locket scene in the movie because its not really PG how its described lol. I know theyll both do great on it even if it might be awkward for them, they have amazing chemistry together that is like undeniable. Personally, I thik H/HHR shippers are going to be going crazy after that scene.

Emmas going to definatley go all out for that rash scene where she beats up Ron; I know she will if the Yates gives her the leeway. Often times when we say "oh they didnt do that scene to its best", i think theres a misconception. A lot of time the director says exactly what he wants and thats what they have to do. Its not always up to the Actors. Anyway, I know Emma will do awesome because she said last year that that scene was the one she was most excited about filming, she thought it could amp up her acting and shell really get to play it out.

im glad theyre keeping in the nudity, as its authentic to the story. im sure all well see is his chest, back, or legs which is all that is necessary to "prove" his nudity. poor emma, it must be awkward to have to kiss both dan and rupert, though im really looking forward to seeing it. i also want to see hermione beat the absolute crap out of ron, as thats how i imagined it in the book and itll make for a really intense and emotional scene. i cant wait to see how this all turns out, i think its going to be amazing!

And I really dont think that WB will show Dan completely naked either.. and what if they do? Ill just wait to judge until I finally see the movie, like someone earlier posted on here, Lets wait until its all put together! So far I am confident about this movie. :)

You know, if they didnt use Dan, Emma, and Rupert for the epilogue scene, I had the guy from Greys Anatomy in my head for Ron at that age. Sexy dude! I have no idea who resembles Emma or Dan enough to play their parts, but I wouldnt mind Josh Duhamel in a pair of glasses...Although I suppose they have to be British actors. If only Colin Firth were a bit younger...hmm...uh...sorr y. Just dreaming. Im rather nervous the epilogue will leave us all more than a little disappointed, especially since their kids dont know why people are staring at Harry. It did not make sense to me that the kids are surprised at the attention Harry gets. Havent they been out in public before with him, or has Harry kept them in a cupboard under the staircase? Its ridiculous. Wherever Harry went as a child he got attention. Why in the world would it stop now that he actually killed Voldemort and freed the wizarding world?

I dont get what the big fuss is about when it comes to the nudity. Weve already seen this, it was called the bathtub scene in Goblet of Fire, Im pretty sure theyre not going to show anymore then what weve already seen of Dan in the movies, chill for christ sakes.

HeRonFan, Ikr!! I always wondered that, about the kids, but it never seemed as wierd as it does now. I simply got the impression that the kids were too young to understand all that Harry has been and has done. Now that you mention this all, it does seem suspicious, cupboard for the Potter kids, hmm.. lol! Well, they are Hogwarts age now, they should understand by now, i guess. Since we know that Harry is still famous in epilogue times, wouldnt that make you guess that everyone would know who his kids were? For Merlins sake, doesnt Albus look just like Harry?! Okay, I got it: Maybe they do know what Harry has done but still dont understand the full meaning behind it, with the addition that Harry doesnt make a big deal about it when telling his kids of his past? Im confused. Remember the comment section on the article about Mrs. Weasleys famous line and how the word for female-dog was changed to girl. Ok, I can sort of understand that bit of censorship, though, personally Id have changed it to dog. So if this website to so into keeping things family-friendly, why, oh why, did they allow a person to have the username of eff you?
I understand that the censorship for the most part is just a computer program looking for key words, but come on, isnt there at least one real person minding the store?

Everytime I read one of these interviews I get so excited to actually see the new films. My entire family is already anticipating the first release in November. As for kissing Rupert or Dan, I can see where Emma would find that odd but its a moment us fans cant wait to see!

There are two scenes in the book where Harry is either naked or close to it. The first, on page 369 of the American version, where Harry retrieves the sword. If Yates holds true to the book, Daniel Radcliffe need only strip to his underwear. The second, on page 705, at Kings Cross, where Harry is indeed totally naked, but either scene calls for Dan to appear before us, the movie-goers, butt naked. The scene will be, as another poster stated, like The Goblet of Fires bathtub scene. Harry of course in the book was naked, but there was no reason to show him thus and I assume this will be true for this film as well. I believe the distinction that Dan is making about this nude scene compared to the GoF is that he is being asked to actually FILM the scene naked. Because if Im not mistaken the bathtub scene in GoF, Dan was wearing a swim-suit.

Im so excited about DH!! its amazing news they are going to do both kissing scenes and everything it implies. Dan being naked is good news becuase its how it is in the book, and either way they wont be showing anything important in the movie. Trust me, if theyre changing mollys line, they arent risking by any chance the nudity. God, i cant wait!!!

I think Dan is just eager to grow the characters up. They are out of Hogwarts and the feel will be different, on their own and self-reliant. It would be hard for any actor to take a step back once their character has moved on and out of school. I dont think it is about the nudity, just the audience realising that they are adults in the wizarding world. About the Harry/Hermione kiss, it is surprising the press never caught on about it, although we all did, but it just goes to show that they dont read the books.

The kiss between Cho and Harry took around 30 takes, whereas Emma and Rupert completed theirs in just 6 takes - 4 from one side and 2 from the other. Guess, Emma is not called One-take Watson for nothing! And David Yates is the sort of director who demands about 30 takes per shot (no matter how well you may do it). So, to complete a scene in just 6 takes is just awesome work by both of them!!!
Wonder how Dan and Emma are going to cope with their kissing scene?? Theyve always seemed more like brother-sister to me, much more than Rupert and Emma...I can imagine so many giggles, retakes going on and on and on...

I didnt say that had not read the book and that the nudity is not part of being true to the book, but it can be done in a way where it is tasteful. Maybe that was just lost in the translation. And yes, smart-ass, I DID read the book of course, or I wouldnt bother discussing this. Ive gotten to the point now where I just dont care, so, happy now?
