It seems they're getting Umbridge right. Jo really does describe her so brilliantly, they just need to follow the book. I can't wait for Imelda Staunton's performance, 'cause that's the important thing, not how she looks. Look at Moody - the eye is totally different but in the end it means nothing because Brendan Gleeson is so great in the role.
