what's interesting is that someone over on leaky reminded me that lots of people are happy with luna's appearance in the movie (myself included) when in fact luna supposed to have way longer,dirty blond hair,but you don't really hear any complaints,meanwhile lots of people complain about hermione's hair not being bushy enough lol

Evanna looks great! When I first saw of photos of her, i thought she might be a tad too polished, but in these pics, she looks exactly as i imagined Luna! With the right hair and wardrobing, she is perfectly quirky and adorable. I'm sure she'll do great.

Fantastic :) She's just so perfect for Luna Lovegood, that I can't even think of anyone else who'd be up for second place. This picture sports just how I exactly imagined her and I'm so pleased :) Evanna's got the expression just about right; an out-of-space, dreamy look about her. But I love the earrings - they're so fitting to the character.

AloysiusWeasley,on the DA pick we couldn't see her earings,maybe we'll see her neckless in other stills,and you answered your own question,it's not her looks that repulse others but the way she behaves,her "brutal truth" moments for exemple.
