UPDATE: The film added $205 million in 54 overseas countries, bringing the film's worldwide total to $330.1 million.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 has cast the biggest box-office spell to date with a franchise record $125.1 million domestically over opening weekend.

That puts the film ahead of the series' best previous debut of $102.7 million for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Part 1 currently sits at No. 6 on the list of Biggest Opening Weekends at the Box Office.

Please note this number does not yet include international sales.
