MuggleNet.com's What Will Happen in Harry Potter 7
As anticipation of the final Harry Potter book intensifies, a debate is raging among fans about what's in store for Harry and the rest of the gang at Hogwarts. In this book, the experts at MuggleNet.com present a wide range of hard facts and bold predictions about the most popular storylines, favorite characters, and final outcome of the Harry Potter saga. Drawing on their intimate knowledge of the previous six books, as well as tips and suggestions made by millions of MuggleNet.com fans (not to mention a personal interview with J.K. Rowling), the authors offer answers to the burning questions of Harry Potter readers everywhere: Will Hogwarts School be open for Harry's final year and will Harry even be in attendance? Will Harry's quest for the remaining Horcruxes be rewarded? Where do Severus Snape's true loyalties lie? And, most importantly, will Harry survive the final battle with Lord Voldemort?

We're proud to announce that the first-ever book written by MuggleNet staff is now available for pre-order for only $11.95 (we tried to keep the price down) through our partner Alivan's. Profits from the purchase of the book go directly to us and help offset the rising costs of servers and web site operation. Thank you so much for your support, and enjoy the book!

UPDATE (5/7): The book reached #2 on the New York Times Children's Bestseller List this week - its 12th week on the list. Over 300,000 copies are now in print. The only book outselling What Will Happen is Eldest, the sequel to Eragon, by Christopher Paolini.

UPDATE (2/25): The book entered the New York Times Children's Paperback Bestseller List at #4, with only Bridge to Terabithia, High School Musical, and Eragon selling more copies.

UPDATE (2/8, 2/18): The book is reviewed by the New York Times, and later selected as an Editor's Choice!

OMG SWEEET. I want book seven so hard.

Posted by Arwen_the_Dark_Elf Oct 27th 2006

Sorry guys, good idea, but I don't think I'll ever buy it until after I read the 7th book. No offense, I just don't want to ruin the experience by being let down.

Posted by Trelawneys_Fan Oct 27th 2006

Now that I had my 3rd post, I can write my real oppinion!! I think it's kinda lame.... It's not even written by JKR, and who knows if what they say on that stupid book will really happen on book 7?? I won't buy it!! And I can't believe that JK agreed to the publication of this book!! They're practically writting an unauthorized, non-dialogued book 7!!

Posted by moondust Oct 27th 2006

This looks interesting.... =)

Posted by lessi0589 Oct 27th 2006

thats really cool...do you think it will be sold in bookstores too?

Posted by potterchick Oct 27th 2006

This looks interesting...but I wouldn't like to buy it until after book 7

Posted by pcahater09 Oct 27th 2006

Hey, just a thought, how long has it been since emerson has posted two times in a row?

Posted by kimz Oct 27th 2006

I think the book will be cool, and it would be nice to support the site, but isn't everything in their going to be mostly everything we see on the site and hear on mugglecast? Oh well. Everyone should still buy one!

Posted by hatake_kakashi Oct 27th 2006

cool

Posted by rhea Oct 27th 2006

Posted by Alison_E_M Oct 27th 2006

Posted by HarryAndThePotters Oct 27th 2006

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! how exciting!!!

Posted by nerdygirl Oct 27th 2006

i am hermione its cool but i dont think i will want to read it it lowers the anticipation on waiting for the seventh book if it was free or online i might read it but i really think that it will be really good and that the people that do buy it will get their moneys worth out of it although i really dont like book dealing with harry potter themes they can be interesting but i really just dont like them for some reason its probably just me though because my sisters love them ....... if only we knew what the name of the seventh book was im reallly excited about it even if it is the last one:-( oh well nice idea to write a book about it although theres not a lot that we would probably find new in it

Posted by anvilsized Oct 27th 2006

OOh!! I am so totaly gonna get that! $12 is a bargain!!

Posted by jerod Oct 27th 2006

Trelawneys_Fan ,you do realize you're critisizing the makers of this site?it's not trying to be book7,more like a recap of theories out there

Posted by ickle_diddykins Oct 27th 2006

One more thing to put on Christmas wish list.

Posted by dobbysox Oct 27th 2006

for being so cheap I'll probably get one.

Posted by SashaDeVogue Oct 27th 2006

I do appreciate that the revenue from the book will go toward a website that I enjoy visiting, but I won’t be purchasing it. It might take away from a good experience. I wish you guys luck on the profit though. S.V

Holy. CRAP. *grabby hands at! I want it. SO BADLY. XD! Didn't Harry already say he wasn't going to Hogwarts, though? In the end of HBP he did...

Posted by dobbyroxmysox Oct 27th 2006

Posted by gandalfxj9 Oct 27th 2006

HUH?? THERE SHOULD BE LIKE A MILLION COMMENTS AFTER WHAT I JUST SAID LOL!! btw the site is http://www.the-leaky-caul dron.org/

Posted by Jello Oct 27th 2006

Aw man, this is great! So when's it actually coming out? In time for Christmas? I'm definitely buying it.

Posted by dreamy_leo Oct 27th 2006

Well done mugglenet team. This is a very pleasant surprise. Thank you. I can't wait to read it.

Posted by phoenixlament Oct 27th 2006

I WANT LIKE 20 COPIES FOR MY BRITHDAY! lol, YAYAYAYYAY

Posted by iluvharry13 Oct 27th 2006

actually, reading the other comments, it is kinda lame to write a book about what someone THINKS is going to happen. i mean everyone has different opinions and ideas on how the last book is going to end. so what if mugglenet.com IS the most popular HP site? I absolutely love this website, but do they really know what's going to happen? No. They don't. Only JKR does. Why spend money on someone's opinons in a book? You can get free opinions and ideas all on your own. Think about it....

Posted by christianaeg Oct 27th 2006

oh yea! I'm getting 1 for every person in my family... 20 cousins, 8 uncles, 9 aunts, and my parents and sibs... hmm... hey phoenixlament... and gandalf, i just saw that... lets go to HPFZ, bottom

Posted by HarryAndThePotters Oct 27th 2006

It always has bothered me when people write a book about the Harry Potter books. But in this case it doesn't. Mugglenet is an awesome site and Why not put out a book? I think its a great idea. :) Enjoy the more fame Emerson and staff! I'm going to get one for sure! wooot support the site..

Posted by gandalfxj9 Oct 27th 2006

i agree with you iluvarry13....it's a waste of money!

Posted by Holly_Potter Oct 27th 2006

I want a copy!!!! I actually ran across this on Amazon like a week ago...but since I hadn't heard of it I didn't put it on my wish list...but now I will!!!! It's nice and cheap, something I appreicate! If we by it through the Muggleshop link, will Mugglenet get MORE money from it? Say, 20% profit, and 20% link-through bonus, Mugglenet will get 40%, or approx $7.20 dollars per book!!! And 10,000 fans (at the least) each bought one book, that's $72,000! So, buy, people, buy!

Posted by Carly87 Oct 27th 2006

That's so awesome! Congrats guys =]

Posted by dobbyroxmysox Oct 27th 2006

iluvharry13 i agree w/ u. theres no point in buying this book. #7 isnt gonna take ten yrs to come out or nything.

Posted by beyond_the_veil5 Oct 27th 2006

I sorta agree w/ Arwen_the_Dark_Elf (post 10). I don't want to be dissapointed by any great theories but I will read the book eventually. : )

Posted by lemondrop89 Oct 27th 2006
