Movie 5 trailer satellite debut
It has just been announced that the first OOTP trailer will debut via satellite on November 20th at 9-9:15 PM EST and the following day at 6-6:15 PM EST. The coordinates for both feeds are:
IA 6, Transponder 11, C-Band - DL Freq: 3920.000 (V) - Audio: 6.2/6.8
We will have a copy of the trailer online shortly after the above dates.

You know, this same thing happened with the 4th movie: I get SOOO exited about one of the movies, wait months in agony for it to come out, then do the exact same thing in about a year, leaving the last movie in the dust. Sad, but true. And I am totally using my babysitting money to take my little brother to happy feet asap!!! :-)

Oh, and anyway not wanting to see Happy Feet, though it does like cute, could do what I'm gonna do: Buy a ticket to see Driving Lessons with Rupert and Julie Walters, and then duck into the Happy Feet theatre to watch the trailer. *sigh* I don't know if I can stand all of the Potterness!!!!!!!!!
*CRACK* [apparates] I am certainly glad that it will be online shortly after those dates, because the coordinate verbiage was all Mermish to me - a bit too techy for my taste. Any whoooooo, this only means that it's getting closer not to mention SOME information on book 7! Christmas perhaps? I'm le super excited about Happy Feet & the trailer!!! though just thought I'd comment: The ads with audio annoy me. When you're listening to music, you know, and the you hear, "THESE DEVOTED HARRY POTTER FANS..." at which point you run away from the computer screaming, it's just aggravating, y'know? still, guess they have to keep the site up somehow!
I have satellite but those "coordinates" mean nothing to me. I need like a channel name or something.
that's pretty sweet. does anyone know if the OotP footage will play throughout that weekend, starting dec 1st, or will it be shown at one time on dec 3rd when PoA is shown?? So excited to see the trailer too!! my friends and i are going this weekend! hehe

Yeah, I have DirecTv.... Does that mean I can like "tune in" some how to the trailer? Or does that mean a different tyle of sattelite TV... HElP! I dont want to sit trought a random Pixar-style penguin movie just to see the trailer!!!!

I still remember waiting for the trailer for GoF!!! hehe..... ;) but YAYAYYYY I'm not gonna bother watching Happy Feet if I can watch it on here, YAY!!! the sat corodinates do not apply to directv users (or dish or whatever). its for broadcast stations to download the trailer. you need pretty special equipment to recieve the feeds, and i think you need a fcc licence, but i could be wrong. tv stations will get the trailer and put it on tape, so if they need to reference it in a story, they have footage. if you have a friend that works at your local tv station, you can get the high quality trailer on monday. if not just wait for it to show up on the internet or go to happy feet (im going to happy feet ;).
November 20th? Yeah I think not. That baby had better be all over youtube tomorrow when it premieres with Happy Feet.
OMG guys guess what???!!!! CHRIS COLOMBUS' NEPHEW goes to my high school (the school's in Illinios)! I didn't even know! The guy is a senior now & he's so nice (he doesn't have a british accent tho)! He met Dan and Emma and Rupert! This is the closest I've ever been to knowing those three myself! The guy was in the second movie (a hufflepuff in the studyhall scene) , a deleted scene in the second movie (when Neville comes into great hall after leg-locker curse), and now in a high school play at my school (I was in the play, too, thats how we met)!!! That just made my week!! P.S. Great clips :) !!!
