Introducing... MuggleNet Axial!
We are proud to introduce to you our brand new news system, MuggleNet Axial. Here are some of the changes and features:
We can't thank our coder Matt enough for the time and effort he put into programming this!
- Comment registration. Now you have your own personalized account to comment on each news item. Sign up today! Remember, you only have to register once.
- Categorized news items. Now you can browse through our news based off of the specific category, whether it be Emma Watson or Movie 5 info.
- Full news items. What if the information in the news item is too much for one post? Now you can see individual pages for each news item. News posts with more information to offer will have the headline linked to another page.
- RSS Feed. You can now easily make MuggleNet's news come right to you by using our new RSS feed.
- Improved backend. No more mysteriously deleted news posts or strange formatting errors. Our new system was coded from scratch, which makes it easier for us to improve its functionality and add new features.
- Speaking of new features, we have many ideas planned that will improve the way MuggleNet does news. We'll let you know.

Everyone is saying this will make things more organized. HOW? I don't understand. It's just a pain in the butt.
I usually take a long time to get used to some change or another but this time, Mugglenet's News changed for the better (even though I preferred the old Comments Board) so it won't be that difficult for me to adapt. Thank you Mugglenet - the Best, as usual.

its pretty confusing..it took hell lot of a time to sign up because i kept on getting messaged like oops! u've got have unique email address i mean i tried two of my email addresses but this site wasnt accepting it i guess but i tried the third wch worked and that email address was mugglenets own email address! lol

good stuff :-) no more people having conversations with themselves pretending to be 2 people. (unless they can be bothered to keep signing in and out of 2 different account ofcourse)
Only one thing left: better integration with COS forums!
This is a very good system. I guess mugglenet no longer want us to write a long post, but cool anyway.

This is going to be much better... now people will have to keep the same name, so we can figure out who said what! Before people would use a bunch of different names and you could never tell if they were the same person. And I like the new format!!

Urgh. I like the fact you can log in, but I hare the way the comments are just put onto the page. I liked the window comming up.

I do like the fact that no one can impersonate anyone else-- That's definitely an improvement. :) The only beef I had was entering my last name at sign up. Who's gonna have access to it? I certainly don't need any more e-mails from people attempting fraud at my expense. But the overall system-- I like. I hope this really does help the staff here be...
Mugglenet Axail, hmmm. Well that should be interesting. And now there won't be any more comment board wars over shared names! That has to be a plus. *remembers:"BUT MULCHIE IS MY NAME!""NO IT'S NOT IT'S MINE!!!!" SHUT THE $U&@ UP YOU $€%T&"* No this hasn't happened to me personally. But I have watched it happen.
