Madam Rosmerta's Recipe video highlight: Treacle Tart by Dinah Bucholz

MuggleNet's Madam Rosmerta's Recipe section is relaunching its bi-weekly recipe feature and what a better way to kick it off then with a special look at one of Harry's favorite recipes from one of our favorite cooks, Dinah Bucholz - author of The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook and The Unofficial Harry Potter Sweet Shoppe.

Treacle Tart is a delicious dessert dish and as you can see by the video, is actually quite easy to make. My daughter Stephanie and I actually made this last year and it was absolutely perfect, especially for someone with a sweet tooth.
