On today's Daily MuggleNet Ordinary Wizarding Level Examination (O.W.L.s) progress report, we take a look at two of the hardest exams: Potions and Arithmancy.

We understand that several E-owls are taking an extended period of time to deliver results. We are working on correcting this feature. Additionally, a results retrieval button is being added to the Test Selection Page upon entering the Great Hall that will allow you to dispatch an owl with all of your grades. However, this button will only appear after you have taken eight (8) O.W.L. exams in total.

We recommend using a gmail account to register and take the exams with Google Chrome or Firefox, to get the fastest results. DO NOT take the exam with Safari as an error code will be given upon completion of the exam and your test results will not be recorded.

If you haven't started your exams yet, head over to the Great Hall right here, register to receive your candidate number and begin taking your MuggleNet O.W.L. exams immediately. The exams will be available through Sunday, June 24th.

  • Total Candidates taking O.W.L. exams: 15,707
  • Total Number of Examinations taken: 38,365

Exam Total Exams O E A P D T
Potions 6387 154 409 1022 1631 2756 416
Arithmancy 1872 88 186 228 439 761 171

For those of you who have not taken the Potions or Arithmancy exams at this time, we will give you one difficult question and answer from each test bank.

Potions: Which potion did Harry make during fifth year class that Professor Snape intentionally dropped and broke the flask?

  • Answer: Invigoration Draught

Arithmancy: What letters of a person's name are used to calculate the heart number?

  • Answer: Only vowels

Each day we will give you the totals on two tests, and a question from each. However, the question bank has more questions in each category than the number of questions you must answer. Since the questions are randomly selected for each test, there is a chance you may not get the questions we share with you.

Lastly, there is a new banner for the MuggleNet O.W.L.s for you to ensure people remain silent while in the Great Hall. Just click on the small thumbnail on the right hand side of the page (the top left thumbnail is the O.W.L.s selection). Special Thanks to Dylan Spartz for creating the awesome banner.

Most of all, we ask that you have fun and tell us on Facebook and Twitter what your results are. Good Luck to all!

I still don't like your tone, boy. If you can speak of your beatings in that casual way, they clearly aren't hitting you hard enough. Petunia, I'd write if I were you. Make it clear that you approve the use of extreme force in this boy's case.
