Recipe of the Week: Mrs. Weasley's Lemon Meringue Pie

Mrs. Weasley is mentioned more than anyone in the series to be the chef, especially during gatherings at the Burrow. Her warm and nurturing nature gives a sense of comfort especially during troubled times. Molly also celebrates with great food and even better company. So why not try one of her very own pies, a lemon meringue, with just a little bit of Muggle work.
