Avada KedavRock: A Wizard Rock show in New York City!

Our own editorialist in The Three Broomsticks, hpboy13, is working alongside others in his dance troupe The Dancing Death Eaters to put on a special Wrock event in NYC. Below is a statement from their official site about the event:

Avada KedavRock! 2012 is a wizard rock concert, taking place in New York City on November 10th. It will showcase the talent of many local wizard rockers, while also serving as a reunion for the wrock community that has gotten somewhat scattered recently. The truth is that there aren't nearly enough wizard rock concerts happening nowadays, so we will fix that! The concert is being hosted by the Dancing Death Eaters, who have some new dance numbers they will showcase at the event.

To help sponsor the event, our own Irvin has launched a Kickstarter to raise money. If you would like to help them meet their goal and make this 6-hour long Wrock event a reality you can pitch in at this link, and also watch a cool video from the Dancing Death Eaters Squad.

If you live in the New York City area this is a performance you won't want to miss. The show will be featuring bands such as Justin Finch-Fletchley, Swish and Flick, Madam Pince and the Librarians, The Butterbeer Experience and many more.

Avada Kedavrock will take place on Saturday, November 10th, from 3pm to 9pm at Ripley Grier 939 - 8th avenue between 55th and 56th streets - in Manhattan, NY. Studio 2A, on the second floor.
