MuggleSpace is bringing the 'Harry Potter' community a challenging contest: Fan fiction!

Our MuggleNet social network, MuggleSpace, is rolling out a new fan fiction contest this year. Set to take place every other month, this contest asks you to write your own mini-story about the trio, take on what the Marauders did in their free time during their school years, or describe the lives of other, lesser-known characters. The contest won’t be the same every time, so you will have to check in and see what’s new. Sometimes there will be given prompts to test your writing abilities. The winner of each contest period will be featured on MuggleNet!

For our first contest, we ask that entries be canonical (adhering to the rules of J.K. Rowling’s world and following the overall events of the books). The due date for entries is January 31st, and the winner will be announced late February to early March. Further information and rules for the contest can be found at right here.
