Now in their 5th year, the annual Shorty Awards honor the very best of social media and celebrate 'the people and organizations producing real-time short content across Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, YouTube, Foursquare and the rest of the social web.'

The awards will be on April 8th, held live in New York City and streamed online via ShortyAwards.com - but voting begins in just two days, on Monday, January, 7th.
