Several actors and actresses from the Harry Potter films have been nominated for the 60th annual Tony Awards. Nominees include:
Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play
# Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort), for Faith Healer
# Richard Griffiths (Vernon Dursley), for The History Boys
Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play
# Frances de la Tour (Madame Maxime), for The History Boys
# Zoe Wanamaker (Madam Hooch), for Awake and Sing!
Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical
# Jim Dale (Narrator of US HP books), for The Threepenny Opera
The winners will be announced on June 11th on CBS. Thanks to all of those who e-mailed!

i think it is neat that people (such as uncle vernon) do broadway...i dont know if it is just me but i wouldnt have guessed these people first for broadway...let alone tony nominees...congrats! top ten?

Ive heard that Awake and Sing! is really good, so it could do very well.
