In just two days, Harry Potter: The Exhibition will open, for the first time, in Tokyo at the Mori Arts Center Gallery.
Having recently enjoyed an encore presentation in New York, the exhibition has made its trans-Pacific journey and set up shop in a 1,400-square-metre exhibition space in Roppongi Hills. Including many of the sets and props featured at the exhibition that has already toured the USA, Singapore and Australia, the event will offers fans the chance to experience the world of the Harry Potter films. Guests will be able toss a Quaffle with friends, pull their own Mandrake in Herbology and take a seat in Hagrid’s giant armchair in a re-creation of Hagrid’s hut.
On Wednesday evening, the exhibition hosted a preview for invited guests and MuggleNet guest reporter, Jay Mohri, was there to give us a first-hand experience. You can read his brilliant full report from the event right here. You can read the report in Japanese as well RIGHT HERE!
Harry Potter: The Exhibition opens on 22nd June. You can book tickets in advance either by calling the Lawson Ticket office at 0570-000-777 or via the website here.
