The Daily Mail has published a new interview with Warwick Davis. Davis is known for playing Professor Flitwick and Griphook the Goblin in the Potter series, as well as for his parts in Star Wars and Willow.
Many of the questions involved his personal life, but some of them focused on his long acting career. Here are just a few of the questions from the interview:
The book that holds an everlasting resonance… "Giants: The Dwarfs of Auschwitz, about the Ovitz family of seven dwarfs who survived the death camp. It’s so powerful and inspiring."
The film you can watch time and time again… "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles – a great comedy with a big heart."
The person who has influenced you most… "George Lucas. He cast me as an Ewok in Return of the Jedi when I was eleven. It changed my life, and I’ve worked with him a lot since. He’s always been there to give me advice."
The unending quest that drives you on… "To entertain people."
The way you want to be remembered… "The actor who happened to be short."
Davis is currently starring in Spamalot at the Playhouse Theatre in London.
