Potter trio signed on for final two films
Warner Brothers announced in a press release today that Dan Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint are all officially signed on for the Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows films. Each of the three actors, along with Producer David Heyman, were quoted in the release.From Dan:
"Playing the role of Harry Potter has been an immense privilege, and I look forward to completing the series. I feel a huge sense of loyalty to the character of Harry and the fans who have supported these films over the years. During filming, I have learnt so much, made lots of friends and met people who have changed my life. I am indebted to J K Rowling, Warner Bros. and David Heyman for giving me this fantastic opportunity."From Emma:
"I could never let Hermione go - she is my hero! I love her too much and love what playing her has meant to me. I am excited and honoured to be finishing what I started and playing her in all seven of the films."From Rupert:
"Ron Weasley has become a big part of my life and not just because we've both got ginger hair! I've been so proud to play him and loved every second of being part of this world. I'm really looking forward to filming the last two films and being back with my 'Weasley family' and, of course, to seeing my good friends Emma and Dan. Thank you to everyone for being so supportive over the years; we couldn't have done it without you."

That is awesome!!!!!! I knew all 3 would be in the final two. It would be seriously weird if even one was missing. I know this story is in reference to the final two movies, but this news just made me more excited about Order of The Phoenix and Deathly Hallows this Summer!!!!
Excellent!!! That was exactly what I, and most likely the rest of the world, was hoping, begging, no pleeding for!!! No other actors could EVER take their places as Harry, Ron and Hermione, 'cause you guys ROCK!!! I hope you understand how much this means to all your fans in the world, 'cause it's so important, and everything would've been ruined if you guys didn't do it!!! Anyway, I can't wait till the last three films come out, and then, I'll be the first to get a ticket to the cinema!!! Love you Dan, Rupert and Emma:) You go, guys!

super! i knew it would happen eventually.. i think all the crap about emma was just stupid rumors.. i really dont understand why everyone gets so worked up about her. just annoyingly jelous danfangirls i guess. i personally think she's got the most talent out of the trio. (but dan is working his way up). the only critisism i can think of for emma is that she moves her eyebrows to much when she does serious sceanes. (watched the 'im scared for you, harry' sceane in gof and youll see what i mean..) haha
i dont understand why peole are saying emma moves her eyebrows too much when acting...ive never noticed it and i have sharp eyes..its obviously not that big of a problem for peole not to notice.....im not being mean oro trying to cause offence but some people who are saying that seem to also be saying how bad her acting is......its a sign of jealousy in my mind...dont worry though PotterChickFoSho you havent critsied emma about how bad she is as an actress so i guess it doesnt apply to you =) im not trying to make an arguement with anyone...=)
while i think that rupert is the best actor out of the three, i honestly don't care that much......the books are way better anyway.
LOL!I'm glad none of them are moving even though I'm sad about Dombledore dyeing!It's so upsetting!I can't wait for the fifth movie to come out!I read the whole book in like a month and I'm only eleven!My dad said if it's pg-13 I can still watch it!My dad is the best!

This is spectacular news! I must admit that I have a little thing for Emma Watson. I was in Oxford this weekend and saw her with a group of friends. I couldn't pluck up the courage to speak to her: perhaps if she'd been alone, but I'd have felt like an idiot in font of a group of girls a few years older than me. Maybe next time ...

Wow, I really think that you guys (Emma, Daniel, Ruppert) are cool. I mean you guys are so nice,and play the parts of Harry potter so great, I mean it would be HORRIBLE if you guys weren't in it. I hope you read this. I also want to say that you guys gave my imagination go into full gear, I wish the series of Harry Potter would never end, but I understand that you guys are NOT harry, Hermione, and Ron but, Daniel, Emma, and Ruppert. I will missing you guys, how sad that the film will end soon... But i wont forgget my favorite characters Harry, Hermione and Ron... You did an excellent role in the movie... It's really brill that they all signed on for the rest of the films, even though they are starting to look old. It's interesting how Rupert sounds all smart, but in an interview he is all "ahhh."

OMG!!!!!!! this makes me so happy because i would have like not gone to see the movies if all three weren't in it because ( well actually i probably would have but anyways.....) lol that would have ruined everything about the movies i mean just think sitting there in the movie theater all excited and then BAM all of a sudden some nasty person comes up playing harry potter what the.....that would suck like no other.....i would seriously cry and then sit there and be mad the WHOLE movie but anyweays im really glad there all staying i couldn't see anybody else playing those parts besides who've they got now.....( i hope draco stays) :] hahahah WE LOVVVVE YOU HARRY POTTER.

WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THIS IS FanTaSTic News!! Sometimes Emmas acting confuses me, but I along with half the world (clearly) am so attached to those three as our trio that I would deeply resent the next person who tried to fill their enormous shoes! This is GREAT! Dan, that was touching :)
