Stephen Fry wins at the Royal Television Society Awards


Playbill.com reported that well-known British actor and presenter Stephen Fry - known in the Potter world as the narrator of the UK versions of the audio books - attended the Royal Television Society Awards in London on Tuesday evening and scooped up the award for Best Presenter. Fans have been disappointed to learn that CBS has passed on Super Clyde in favor of four other new comedies and two new dramas. The pilot, which also starred Stephen Fry, was about a fast food employee who decides to use inherited millions to become a superhero. Today, the video campaign is now available! Produced by VisitEngland and supported by the home tourist boards of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and London, will showcase the country and highlight key events taking place including this summer’s 2012 Summer Olympics & Paralympics Games, Torch Relay, the Cultural Festival and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
